Our service technician John was very efficient & knowledgeable about every aspect of our hvac system & performed is work in a timely manner.We had a UV & purification unit installed, as he pointed out several mold / corrosion issues. He was very thorough! Really nice to have a person explain to you what he was doing & why the work needed to be done. We will definitely request John for our future service calls!

John V. came for the 6 month HVAC checkup. We requested him because we had been having trouble with our unit that, in the end, needed to be replaced. We went with Freedom because they were the only company in the hot summertime that made themselves available for after hour and weekend calls, unlike most of the other companies in our area. John was able to diagnose that too much refrigerant had been added by the previous company. John fixed the issue until we could replace the failing unit. We’ve had Freedom for 6 months now and our unit is running great. We always request John because we know he has the expertise to keep our unit running smoothly. Thank you, John!

Breyson did a great job at my home recently! He was warm and friendly and clearly knew his stuff! Kudos to Freedom Air for keeping me informed of who my technician is and when he's expected to arrive. P.S Sending his pic was an excellent idea, especially for us seniors. That shows you care about the safety of your customers.

Greg was amazing and thorough, he took his time explaining everything, step-by-step and was extremely patient with me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for maintenance on your air conditioning , or even a new unit! 5 stars will be using him again this weekend for a follow up.

Esreban was cordial and answered my questions. I am disturbed that even with my service contract the 1/3 hp Trane variable speed fan motor, in my opinion, was overpriced at $1275. Fortunately Esteban was efficient, cleaning up the fan wiring and evaporator plenum. Unfortunately, Esteban did not know the warranty specs on the Trane motor, nor the $500 less priced non Trane motor. I hope to get that information when I pay the bill via the office. JFH

Barker always does a fantastic job. They arrived early for the semi annual maintenance on our HVAC unit. Explained the work clearly and did a great job.

NEW HVAC UNIT INSTALL

Mike and Alan came to my home at 9am. They were punctual and professional. Took them approximately 5 hours to install my HVAC. They worked together like a very efficient machine. Mike insulated my return where there was no insulation prior. He placed a drain pain below the condenser where there was none prior. I purchased a smart thermostat called a Sensi and the Sales Manager Eric came out to install it the day after. These guy go to any length to insure the customer is happy. They have been my HVAC company of choice since 2018, and I couldn't be happier. I have attached pictures of their fine work. Attention to every detail.

Technician came on time worked on the unit and when finished he told me it was a sensor that was dirty, he cleaned it, he said the unit was working. Said that if it happened again to call to replace the sensor. Excellent service 😊😊 and will send the bill from the office.

As always, the Barker Airconditioning tech was friendly and Efficient. Barker has serviced our AC unit for a number of years. We have high confidence in Barkers services.

Barker Airconditioning Did an outstanding job from the Person Todd, who made all the communications for set up , to the installation tech Mike to the final QC person all was done professionally and on time.
The last installer I had was not Barker and compliance in the unit called for drainage trays. The previous company did not install any trays.
Barker came in and made sure both units had installation trays with over flow sensors.
We live in a complex for 54 units Barkerprobably does 90% of the work here we have used them for over 18 years. Their people are qualified on time and respectful.

Had an excellent experience with Barker.
Tech went above and beyond.

Barker AC was awesome. They came out on a Friday night and fix our AC replaced the fan and got the unit back running in under an hour. What a joy to work with them. Great technician

A five star rating seems to me to be very low for how good and exceptional this company is. Our entire air conditioning system crashed recently, so we called Barker to come to our home and check out the problem. The condenser was damaged by some bolts and that rusted. So we had to replace the entire system. They did this for us in one day. There were three Barker employees who handled the job. Their names were Michael Morales, Charlie Askew and Carlos Rodriguez. I was very impressed in their work ethic and the quality of the work that they did. Not only did they replace the condenser, but we had it relocated to a different location. Needless to say, they were busy all day in the Florida heat and sunshine. When we called Barker and talked to them about our situation, their staff was exceptional in courtesy, friendliness, and helping us to resolve our problem quickly. Their pricing was very fair as well. We would never use another air-conditioning company here in Florida. Thank you Barker for being there!
