During one of the times they came to clean, the crew asked me if I wanted to change the air filters. I had not thought about it before. They brought the right filters with them and changed them for us. They did it fast and in a safe way. The air in our home felt much fresher the next day. It is not common to find a cleaning company that will do more for the people they work for like this.

I ordered a deep cleaning service. My house is just after renovation, and everything is dusty and dirty. Only one cleaner came, for the whole house. There was no deep cleaning, she conducted a regular cleaning with not so good quality. There was dust left over, and dirt still there.

It’s one thing if I paid for a regular cleaning, however I paid for a deep cleaning and got charged the full amount which is significantly higher than a regular cleaning..

I hired a vacation rental turnover cleaning service, and no regrets! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough.They changed linens, sanitized bathrooms and kitchens, dusted every corner, and restocked essentials.The property looked immaculate, and my guests were happy.Highly recommend for stress-free, reliable turnover cleaning!

Truly a terrible experience. We hired them for a “move out” clean for a rental property, we were explained it is more than a “deep clean” and would include cleaning inside cabinets, fridge, etc in addition to to typical deep cleaning of the entire house. The house was left in complete filth, it looked as if they never even came to clean but of course they took our money. They were asked to come out a second time to clean what wasn’t cleaned well the first time and I truly don’t think they cleaned anything at all. Visible dust and dirt on the counters, floors, cabinets, with baseboards covered in dirt. Crumbs under the kitchen table. The tile floor had muddy streaks all over. Bedroom doors had muddy water sprayed all over them. Pictures were sent to the company and nothing was done except offer us a 10% discount on a next clean as if we would ever use them again….absolutely awful.

Update: After many emails they offered a 10% discount on the next cleaning as a “goodwill gesture.” But continued to refuse to acknowledge that the job was never done and even attempted to blame an open window or one time realtor access as the cause for the condition of the property….
I heard nothing further from them and two weeks later wrote my review and the very next day I got an email offering a 30% refund. I voiced my complete dissatisfaction without a full refund as the house was never cleaned and left in filth. Nick’s response to me was “Our records show that the cleaning was performed according to the original agreement.” Clearly still refusing to acknowledge their incompetence and take any accountability for poor work, I asked Nick to explain to me what the original agreement was so that we could be on the same page. He then stopped responding to all emails. It took me reaching out again 2 weeks later to follow up on my refund to then receive the full refund. But of course they wanted me to update my review.

Would never recommend them for their cleaning services or their customer service.

My place has never looked better! They did a very deep clean- inside the oven, baseboards, windows etc. I will definitely use them again!
