I wanted to gift a dear friend in Wellington clean house for when the family arrived home with her new baby. This next gen Was amazing to work with they were very flexible at planning a time at the last minute to accommodate our schedule. Their crew did an amazing job when the family arrived home with a newborn they said their house had never looked or smelled so clean. If you are considering this service, I would say go for it!!!

We hired NexGen to clean our home prior to a wedding reception. The crew who came were very friendly, polite, and professional — truly a pleasure to work with.

However, while we were expecting a deep cleaning, what we received felt more like a basic surface clean. We were busy preparing for the wedding, so we didn’t monitor the process closely, but after the crew left, I noticed that the floors — which had been swept and mopped — still didn’t look clean. In addition, one guest bathroom was missed completely, and most of the kitchen was overlooked.

I truly appreciate the team’s friendliness and professionalism, but unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning fell short of expectations. I’d like to give NexGen a higher rating because of their great attitude, but the results just didn’t meet the standard we were hoping for.

Thanks a million!!! If I could give 10 plus stars as an option I would! Brad assessed my property needs after the February freeze torched a good portion of my landscaping. He was experienced and knowledgeable about what plants and trees may recover and what needed to be replaced. He and his team did a stellar job with the replacement, and at a reasonable cost, exceeding my expectations. I would recommend Barefoot Bradley's to anyone considering these services. You guys rock!!

Bradley is not a Landscaper he is an artist. His knowledge of plants combined with his creativity when planning creates the most beautiful results. He is always responsive, on time and communicates well. I would highly recommend using his services. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Brad and his team did an amazing landscaping job in front of our townhouse. They have also done numerous jobs in our neighborhood and all of the homes look great. They do a great job maintaining and trimming the plants quarterly or as needed. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and talented about what plants will thrive and look best. He is very respectful of your budget too. He and his team are great to work with.

Talk about curb appeal! I knew when I hired Barefoot Bradley‘s it was going to be beautiful but I had absolutely no idea just how beautiful it would be. I could not be happier. Brad listened to my ideas and made suggestions of his own help bring this project to life. Always punctual, always professional and the end result is gorgeous. When speaking with Brad you can tell how passionate he is about what he does and that shows in the results. So talented and knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong here. I can’t wait to complete phase two and do the project around my pool. Definitely recommend using Barefoot Bradley’s for your landscaping project.

Brad is a very talented landscape designer. He, in my opinion is a true artist!

However, I believe his knowledge of plants is not where it should be. He planted a multitude of SHADE ONLY plants in the sun. This ultimately ruined many of my plants.

Brad had a very hard time accepting responsibility for those plants. It bothered him to come out of his own pocket to replace the dying plants.

Any complaints that you may have with Brad will be met with an attitude and sarcasm. Brad does NOT like to be challenged on any level.

My relationship with him came to an end when he wanted to charge me $775.00 for three Agave plants...which I ultimately found for $96.00 on my own.

If you deal with him, make sure that EVERYTHING is in WRITING (UP FRONT).....

Also, Brad's designs are hand drawn with a pencil. For me, it was very hard trying to decipher what he was actually going to do. Brad will tell you...just trust me.

I found it unprofessional not being able to see the finished product....especially with today's advanced technology.
