Amazing cleaning service. As a real estate professional, it’s important to align yourself with professionals that can help you and your clients. This cleaning service and its owner went over and beyond. I will advocate for this company to all my clients.

I had a customer that had limited availability for which days they could come and they were able to accommodate. The company sent text messages a few days prior to, the night before and morning of the appointment to keep us posted on their arrival. The cleaning lady Wanda came right on time, was friendly, and efficient. She was very considerate of our time and asked if there were any specific items prior to starting to assure she would not miss them.

The company texted me to keep us informed of when they finished as well in case we were not present. They even checked the work with us to assure the customer was happy. The written invoice was sent the same day and they took zelle payment for convenience and followed up requesting any feedback. I would highly recommend this company! Great customer service!

I cannot say enough great things about Kesha and her cleaning and staging company! From start to finish, Kesha’s professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. She transforms my listings into stunning showcases that attract multiple offers in record time.

The cleaning was immaculate, leaving every surface sparkling and every room feeling fresh and inviting. The staging was nothing short of perfection—Kesha has an incredible eye for design and knows exactly how to highlight the best features of a property. She created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that resonated with every potential buyer who walked through the door.

What sets Kesha apart is her passion for her work and her commitment to her clients. She goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and provided exceptional service at every step..

If you’re looking for a top-notch cleaning and staging company that delivers results, Kesha is the one to call. She’s an absolute rockstar, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I’m a real estate broker owner who recently hired NexGen for my pre-listing clean for a property listed with McLean Realty Xperts, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The owners Kesha and Ricky provided a tailored consultation. Their professionally trained team provided exceptional service, paying meticulous attention to detail and using eco-friendly cleaning products, which was important to me and the sellers. They even went the extra mile by leaving a thoughtful gift bag with a candle and eco-friendly all-purpose cleaner for the sellers to maintain the property during showings. Their professionalism and high-quality service truly stood out. We will definitely be utilizing NexGen again in the future!

The NexGen team did such an outstanding job! Kesha and Ricardo deep cleaned my home with such care and great attention to details. They were very friendly and so professional! I'd definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality.

I was extremely pleased with the “move out” cleaning done by NexGen. Kesha and her team came in and were very professional and efficient. We had a slight miscommunication with a third party and it delayed their progress but they remained professional and finished the job even though it was a little longer time than expected. This is now my “Go To Team” for any situation that requires a cleaning service. Looking forward to working with NexGen in the near future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Had a great experience using this company. The communication before and after the cleaning was good. When Wanda came out she did an amazing job cleaning the house and was so friendly and gave me a sense of trust. She also made sure everything was up to my standards before leaving. Would definitely trust them to clean my house again and would recommend to anyone!

They were thorough, prompt and a pleasure! I would definitely use them again.

Renee was such a pleasure to have clean our home. She did a walk through first and discussed what we needed attention to as it was her first time at our home. Great attention to detail, our home felt clean. I was greeted by little towel animals in the rooms which added a personal touch to the experience. Thank you Nexgen, we appreciate the detail and care in handling our home and needs.

The NextGen team were absolutely AMAZING! From scheduling to turnover they were responsive, detailed, attentive and so professional. The assisted with a post construction clean and my home was spotless upon our arrival. I highly recommend their services and look forward to my next service.

I used NexGen Cleaning Service because I heard amazing reviews from current customers and friends. You can book your appointment online or via their business phone and their staff is so helpful, pleasant, and willing to assist with any questions that you may have. Ricardo is especially helpful! They sent Camille for my appointment and she was on-time and listened to my needs. She was respectful, professional, friendly, paid great attention to the details, and the place looks amazing! Thank you to NexGen for everything! I will be recommending them going further to friends, neighbors, and colleagues!

My mother passed away and it wasn’t expected. Unfortunately we had to empty her condo on short notice and have it cleaned prior to the painters coming. Everything was very easy and smooth. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
