Been using ICARE for several yrs. They installed our unit and are very attentive if you have questions or need maintenance, or repairs. I like that they come out every yr to do a review and maintenance check.

Tim at I Care Air Care runs a fantastic business. He sent one of his technicians to service our air conditioning, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The work was thorough, professional, and efficient. It made such a strong impression that I’ve already referred them to our neighbors. Highly recommend!

The service men, Ta and Gerald were awesome in getting my A/C back up and running. Tim, the owner sent out a temporary unit to give us some relief have a 90 year old mother in law with us. Made it easier for her and all of us. Shawna, the office manager was our initial contact with
I Care/ Air Care, and another reason we continue with them. They have treated us like family.

iCare Air installed our HVAC system and furnace several years ago and they have been servicing it ever since. We have been happy with their service throughout. Our system has run well and never given us any problems. Ta Tran is a great technician and highly recommended.

Angel, Caesar, and Jose were professional and informative throughout installation and follow up. All areas of instillation were completely cleaned.

The I Care technician was prompt and very professional. Spent considerable time to diagnose my problem and was very thorough. His recommended solution will be implemented shortly and will alleviate I believe a significant ongoing problem with my air handler and clogged drain line.

I have been with the company since it was a 2 man crew. I always have had the best technician (Kleber) work on my AC and i have even in the past had the owner(Tim) serviced my AC. If you looking for a company that REALLY cares , then they don’t disappoint. It’s even in their name 😉.

Tim and his team at IcareAircare did an amazing job at my home! They installed a UV light in my AC unit to help keep the air fresh and free of bacteria. They also offered me a very affordable 3-year service plan, and I even received a discount for paying by check. The entire team was personable, professional, and very reasonable to work with. I highly recommend IcareAircare—they’ll leave your home and your experience feeling just right!

I can't thank this I Care enough! Our air conditioning went out during a heat wave, and we had family coming in town for a visit. From the moment I called, the customer service was friendly and professional. A technician was at my house within hours, diagnosed the issue right away, and had my system up and running again in no time.

They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and the price was fair—no surprises. Most importantly, my house is finally cool and comfortable again!

Fantastic service from Kleber and the entire company. Been serviced with them since 2021 and always a good experience. Kleber specifically takes his time and care and goes the extra mile and I love that they follow up many times with their subscribers to schedule their maintenance visits.

Update: 01/2026 this company is still the best in the area. We’ve just used them to do a full replacement of our ac, and as always they were on time, professional, and did a great job, they really have a great team.
