I started a maintenance program with KML and I have never seen anyone ever go to the extent that Kendry did. I guarantee this system has never been cleaned like that. I wish I could give 10 Stars!

Very happy with our choice to have KML replace both of our AC systems. Our systems were past their life expectancy, and the larger unit failed in the middle of August. Kendry personally came to our house and provided a quote within hours of us calling. They were able to install the new systems the next day. The crew was superb, even catching (and fixing) a moisture problem caused by the previous installation. They took their time and did everything the right way. Their website says they don’t cut corners, and it was clear they take that very seriously. Throw in that they include servicing and a lengthy parts/labor warranty, and it’s easy to say this choice is a no brainer!

KML to the rescue!! Yesterday my AC drain decided it wanted to be clogged - user fault! I called Kendry this morning. He told me it could be 3-4 hours before someone in his crew could get to me. I was fine with that. AP communicated with me at 12 and said they would be here between 130-230. At 1230 new communication said he was enroute. AP wore shoe covers. After I explained what was going on. He looked over the unit. Surmised what was wrong - clogged drain- which is what I figured too Quoted me a reasonable price, asked if he could proceed with repair. He was done and left at 130 and my house is cooling off! I would absolutely recommend KML over and over again Very professional

Have had a lot of bad experiences with other swindling contractors with my house not cooling even after they left! Great company, prices were fair and I appreciated their prompt service and taking care of me and my family. They had the right part to fix me on time. Will use them in the foreseeable future.

Kendry and his team are quick and efficient. Kendry came out himself to give me a same day quote and it's clear that he's not just trying to make a sale, but get you the right product. His team installed our new unit in less than a day. Their prices are fair and they are customer oriented. We love our new ecobee thermostat and the UV light. I'll definitely be contacting KML for any/all future ac needs.
Update: had my first maintenance service and I'm still impressed by their customer service, timelines, and professionalism.

Anibal Perez was super professional and helped explained the matter of the situation. He was able to break down the issues and the solutions in a manner where we could understand them and walked us through various options to fix the issue. Although we had another issue come up, he was able to come out and rule out any of the potential causes and provided some thoughtful reasoning. Would highly recommend him at KML Heating and Air.

Requested a quote to service my air handler and outside unit from KML. Jacob responded and did a fabulous job going above and beyond to explain different aspects of the work he performed. He was professional and friendly and the work was fairly priced. I would recommend.

Kendrick and his crew came through for my family big time. Recommended by a friend, I called them on a Saturday. He came out explained everything and gave me options to choose from. He and his team came out on Sunday morning and were able to replace my a/c with an upgraded unit. A few days later he came out to follow up and make sure everything was good. I highly recommend KML. These guys are amazing.! I hav a client with an air conditioning problem. I called Kendry to ask if he would come with me to assess the situation. We scheduled with the owner within couple of days.
