5 Star experience!! I had another company that I had a contract with that could not keep their appointment. KML came highly recommended through a colleague and we couldn't have been more happy with the experience. Julian came out on time and completed a routine maintenance check on our system. Cleaned it up and was very knowledgeable in answering our questions. I would highly highly recommend KML and will only be using KML in the future for our homes HVAC needs.

I purchased the bi yearly maintenance plan with KML, and I'm more than happy with the service. Jacob came out and was wonderful. He checked everything and answered all of my questions. Overall, he spent over an hour here.
He was very pleasant and personanable as well. 5 stars across the board for this company

KML is really a top notch HVAC company in the area. 100% professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Kendry and his team showed up promptly at 9am this morning to do a full install of a new A/C unit both outside and the air handler. They not only met but exceeded expectations with their work, they were delicate with the custom cabinets encasing the air handler that they had to remove and reinstall and even went the extra mile and corrected some shotty work done by whoever was here previously (this is a new home purchase and I don’t know who was out previously) the old copper was leaking and they also replaced and welded that in place. I would recommend KML to anyone seeking A/C work or a new unit. They are affordable, fair, and beyond professional. I will forever use them.

Great service by KML technician Anibal. He was able to come out on short notice and quickly diagnose the problem. He was very honest and thorough in explaining the issue and the solution. Very knowledgeable, communicative, and even went the extra mile in checking the rest of our HVAC system after fixing the problem. Overall very good service at a fair and honest price!

Had a great experience with kml heading and air. Anibal(AP) was fair is pricing and have us options to choose from different AC brands. We decided to go with Rheem. They installed 2 units in the same day, and were efficient in work. The owner Kendrick was also present to make sure the installs went well and clarified all the questions we had. Definitely would recommend KML.

Kendry and his team at KML are amazing! Moreover, they do fantastic work. They are very meticulous and they’re super professional.

KML Heating is great to deal with and provides excellent service. Installed new ac in December at a fair price. Worked lastSaturday night and Sunday morning when had condenser problem. Very responsive to customer needs. Kendryl (owner) and AP (lead technician) are great to work with.

I recently had my air ducts replaced, and KML truly exceeded my expectations. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled the entire project with great attention to detail. They were respectful of my home, kept the work area organized, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Now that the new ducts are in, my entire house is finally cold and evenly cooled — a huge improvement from before. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend their service.

If you are looking for a company that actually knows what they are doing, call KML Heating and Air. We have a complicated Carrier Infinity system, and a previous company spent over a month doing guesswork without fixing the issue.
I decided to call KML, and they had a technician out to my house within 2 hours. Our tech, Anibal, was incredible.
He is extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the specific issue in less than an hour. The team was timely and helpful, going above and beyond by coming out on Christmas Eve to replace coils in the attic.
The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees or surprises. I would recommend KML to everyone!

Amazing service!
My AC stopped blowing air, I called Mr Ali after hours he stopped by shortly after and diagnosed the problem, blower motor was down and needed to replaced, original motor’s same model was very expensive Mr Ali managed to modify a more economic model with the same output and saved me over a $1000 in parts cost!

One of the few who actually takes calls on weekends. He came to repair my AC on an early Sunday morning. He Instantly knew the problem and replaced my fan motor. I recommend you give this company a call for your AC services and repairs. My unit is over 10 years old and he wasn’t afraid to work on it unlike other companies who complain.

Outstanding service by Mr. Ali. I called in today and he was just finishing another job and told me he would make it to my house right after. He diagnosed my unit and made repairs as needed in a prompt manner. He also kept me informed as the repairs were made.
