There is no one better than Kleber, Tim and the whole team at I Care Air Care. They are quick to respond to calls, are extremely knowledgeable and professional and not only fix issues but educate their customers so they learn about their systems. If you haven't made the switch to I Care Air Care - you are missing out!!

Called the company out due to unit freezing over. The technician thought there was a refrigerant leak, but could not find the leak after 2 and a half hours. We were charged over $1K for the inspection and 5 lbs of refrigerant. Called them back out 2 weeks later for the same issue. Two new technicians showed up and in 30 minutes said our condenser coil was leaking. The part was under warranty so they ordered it. It took a month and a half with multiple re-orders and rescheduled installs before the part was received and ready to install. The installation was done by a 4th technician who took roughly 5 hours to complete the job with no communication on timing. We were charged another $1,300 for install. The next day the unit was frozen over again.

On the positive side, the owner was involved with the process and stated the month and a half delay was due to the manufacturer failing to ship the needed part properly. They also fronted us 7lbs of refrigerant valued at $600 while they worked out a rebate with the manufacturer for the delays. All of the employees were very nice and respectful in working with us.

That said, I find it difficult to recommend this company when we have spent over $2,300, waited 2 months, had 4 different technicians look at the problem, and still have the same issue.

Gerald from I Care Air Care came out to service our AC units today and was such a joy to work with! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was doing so we felt confident about the service. It’s rare to have someone show up who is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind, but Gerald checked all the boxes. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend him and I Care Air Care to anyone needing AC service.

I cannot recommend I Care Air Care enough. They have maintained my AC unit to perfection. It is 9 yrs old and still going strong thanks to their skilled and experienced technicians.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kleber and he was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and educated me on how to keep my system running smoothly.

I purchased their 3 year tuneup plan when I first moved to Florida so they come twice a year and make sure my AC unit is working correctly and I also get discounts when work is needed.

If you are not having your AC unit serviced I would recommend giving I Care Air Care a call.

They did a wonderful job, worked diligently, and cleaned up after they were done. They have great energy and made sure everything was done the right way, not just the quick way. I would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their HVAC system!

Shout out to Kendry and his team from KML! I’ve got a new air conditioner which won’t break down this summer and will help with my electric bill! They are polite and courteous! They clean up after they finish the job! Even moved some bins I had in my way so I can pull my car in the garage!

KML is awesome. They came highly recommended by people in my community When I needed them, they showed up on time did the work, it was phenomenal I Messaged at midnight about my issue. Surprisingly, someone responded immediately and was here first thing in the morning unclogged my unit and we are good to go on a very hot day Very happy would recommend them 10 times over

Hands down one of the best in the business. He came out to one of my properties that had an issue with the outside unit not coming on. The unit was under warranty and he was able to get me the parts and fixed the the same day, four other companies told me it would take a week to get the parts. If you are looking for a reliable and honest person this is the company to call. Not only did he take care of me but also serviced my parents home at no charge. Top notch service! A1

After having 3 different AC companies providing false information and behaving unprofessionally we we're referred to KML, the owner was straightforward on what was wrong with the AC and made sure to explain throughly so we understood, they had the new AC unit installed and running the next day. All the technicians were friendly and stayed late into the night ensuring everything was properly functioning. I highly recommend this company to anyone who's having issues with their AC, very professional and reliable company, we will absolutely be calling them for all our AC repairs and services needed.

Jacob was thorough and efficient in diagnosing and solving our AC/ damper issue. He did a check of the entire system, didn’t try to upsell for anything that didn’t need to be fixed, and provided guidance for how to fix it ourselves if we encounter the same thing in the future.

Plus he showed up on time and was kind, polite, and thorough. Not that easy to find these days. Price was very reasonable and fair as well. We highly recommend KML.

After an initial letdown with the first servicing of our definitely dead unit, KML has greatly been way above expectations! They had a lower price for replacing the entire unit than the people our home warranty went through by about $4,500. So obviously we gave KML the job! They also were great about trying to help us find financing and then gave us an amazing discount for paying upfront with a check! I called Monday afternoon and they have told me by Tuesday afternoon they will have it being worked on! Thank you KML for being amazing and taking care of getting us cool air!
Air is working now! If I could give KML 100 stars I would! The people are all amazing! They got us hooked up with AC the day after I told them to put it in!
