I did the ducts clean service, preventive maintenance and installed UV light to protect mold and surge protection, after the UV light my son no had more allergies or colds.

Carlos was great. My AC stopped working on Saturday afternoon. I called Carlos and he came to the rescue. It’s some times hard to find some to come on a weekend, but Carlos is available when you call. He is reliable and very professional. I would definitely recommend him.

Carlos is by far the best business owner I’ve know. We were having issues with our air conditioner, and without me even asking he offered to come out same day to take a look. This was later at night as well which was so kind. He fixed it immediately and we were able to go to sleep in a cool home. He is amazing!

However, I heard of Blue Cold Air from a neighbor and gave them a call. So glad I did. Kind, explained everything. Didn't force or push any expense or products. Gave me several options on ways to fix and improve our system. Took photos and videos and showed us things along the way. Worked quickly, and honestly gave me such a peace of mind. Cleaned our system and our run time on the unit went from 15-17 hours a day to 8-9. I can't wait to enjoy that saving in my electric bill. I highly recommend this company and Carlos. Of course our heat went out on the coldest day of the year. We made a call to this company and they responded immediately. The guys worked on the heating unit all day and got the job done right. Very nice people and competent to boot. Doesn’t get any better than that!!

Our a/c went out after a storm. Carlos was there within an hour late at night. We needed a replacement part that wouldn't be available until the morning so he left us with a portable a/c unit which kept our room colder than our normal unit does! Carlos made my 10 year old AC system sparkle like new. Other companies just wanted me to replace my (still working) system with expensive new systems. But Carlos cleaned out all the mold and installed UV lights. He was very honest and didn't try to pressure me into buying stuff I didn't need. Definitely recommend.

They don't provide good service, many returns for warranty issues, sometimes it's a gas leak, sometimes it's an electrical problem, 7 months of this back and forth! It's deplorable!

Blue Cold Air Conditioning and heating was amazing from start to finish. I reached out on a Saturday morning after my AC went out the night before. They had a tech at my house the same day, clearly explained everything, and quickly sent over quotes with multiple options.

What really stood out was the service, they even brought and installed a complimentary portable AC the next morning to help keep things cool until the install. The new system was installed on Tuesday professionally, looks great, and is running perfectly.

Blue cold air is a wonderful company. Carlos is very thorough. Up till 2024 I was with a different company. They came twice a year and spent about half an hour to an hour here if there was something they had to do. Carlos really took his time looked at all of my air-conditioning needs, what my ducks were like what my air quality was like and let me know what my options were and showed me things that should have been taken care of in the past if they had been pointed out to me. Blue cold air prices are very fair And I’ve been very happy with the work that has been done with my home. They take their time, they communicate thoroughly and they send pictures of their work every step of the way explaining what they’re doing. Thank you so much for taking care of my family in my home. I feel much better, knowing that the quality of the air we are breathing is improved and that someone is really paying attention to whether I have mold or mildew or dust up there for me.
