We received a visit from Mr. Carlos, who came urgently from Orlando — a two-hour drive from Clearwater, where we live — because we had a serious issue with our air conditioning. Unfortunately, our condominium was extremely negligent and didn’t help us at all, and our home was truly very hot.

During the visit, my husband noticed a little dog in Mr. Carlos’s air-conditioned van — Jhony — who accompanies him while his family is on vacation in Brazil, since he couldn’t leave the dog alone. My husband brought little Jhony inside, and I was overjoyed! I absolutely love dogs, and this sweet little white pup with black eyes became my friend for the entire afternoon. He’s so loving and gentle — he truly lifted my spirits for hours.

I even forgot that the air wasn’t working anymore… I think Jhony was an incredible little helper. I’ve been going through such difficult times lately, and he brought me so much joy. He ate some fruit, drank water, and played a lot while Mr. Carlos did his job — thoroughly and very professionally.

I highly recommend his services and would gladly do so again. The work was excellent, our home is now fully air-conditioned, and the price was fair considering the trip and labor involved. I give him a 10 out of 10.

He was super transparent from the start and really committed to fixing my A/C, which hadn’t been serviced in a long time. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed what needed to be done, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone so honest and dedicated these days. Totally recommend Carlos and Blue Cold — great service and great attitude!

We received two quotes to fix the problem we were having with our air conditioning units and this one was by far more reasonable and once we had two to compare it really showed how unethical some companies can be when it comes to pricing. Additionally, Schwenn was much more responsive and professional - definitely our new go to for AC.

Have used Schwenn Services for years for our air conditioning service. We are currently having them help to remodel part of our building to a clean room. They are efficient and knowledgeable. All of their employees or contractors used for jobs are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Schwenn Services to other businesses, family & friends.

Driver was swerving in and out of traffic. Almost caused two car accident accidents. If you’re gonna drive horrible don’t do it in a company vehicle.

If you cant park a trailer don't drive one. You parked across 4 spots and parked so close to me i could not see whole pulling out. Was walking the extra 50 feet from the back parking lot too hard for you?

Never have I use this company before. Guess it’s because where I live they have an office close by and drive thur the area like kids at a candy store no regards to walkers or kids walking for school. Absolutely rude unprofessional representation of human interaction
