Kevin came to my house as I’ve had a long standing electrical issue in my newly built house. Three other electricians didn’t identify the problem, but Kevin did! Nice, professional, safe, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough! I only want Kevin to return to complete the work once the builder acknowledges that it is covered by the warranty. GREAT JOB! Very, very happy!

We had at our new house a lot of new lights and fans to be installed. After speaking to their sales manager, we decided due to the response and professional approach to proceed with Strada Electric.
Work was scheduled within a week and the team coming to do all the tasks did an excellent job. John, Kevin and Justin were very professional, knew exactly what to do and did the job professional and in time. What was the best, was their additional flexibility and support. During the usual work we had quiet some additional points/ tasks to be done. They did it with giving us great suggestions and fixed all to our full satisfaction. Will use them definitely again next time!

Cody Thompson and Hector Isabel came out to my house today to replace several faulty Eaton breakers. They arrived on time (at the beginning of their estimated window too!), worked efficiently and were very pleasant to talk to. They even went above and beyond to fix a few extra breakers for me from what they had in their truck because I hadn’t ordered enough replacements from Eaton. I’m more than satisfied with their service today and can’t thank them enough!

Technician Julio Gonzales came out today and quickly diagnosed that our compressor was not functioning properly. He explained everything very clearly and was very professional. He and the office staff were able to get another compressor and had another tech Brian bring it over. They worked on the unit together and had it back up running within a few hours. I have been very pleased dealing with Strada Services as a company.

Daniel Zertuche is very professional. He did a great job installing the UV light and did a thorough inspection with my system. 👍

You would think since you are driving a company car they would be more careful. Not this guy. He was driving like a maniac, going in and out of lanes. Never used his signal when cutting in front of other cars. Also, you can clearly see that he was texting, he continued looking down and slamming on his breaks.
