Gentleman named Manny came out to help today and he was in here immediately putting in great work. Had to have 2 breakers replaced, a 30amp installed, and a 240v outlet installed and he got it all done for the original quote and professionally done as all get out. Have used strada twice now and will continue to do so.

Spoke to a Ms.Rosa Santiago about services and warranty they offer. I was very impressed at the knowledge and how she explained everything to me was very professional answered all my questions didn't give me the run around of being transferred to every possible department like other companies have done in the past.. Paul and Pedro came to our home today to look at an outlet that was tripping a breaker, as well as an issue we were having with lights flickering throughout the house. They arrived several hours ahead of our scheduled time (YAY!) and were very kind and courteous. Paul provided lots of helpful information, which I appreciated so much since we are new to the home. Run don’t walk far away from this company. As a security company you expect a level of service that protects your family. This is not that place. The alarm goes off randomly with no explanation, had OCSO deputies out here numerous times! When it has gone off there has been no calls and no follow up. Called and called and emailed and emailed and you get no response. I called to cancel last year, after trying to get someone on the phone after several attempts.. was told I was in a contract ( by the way their system is built into our home )and I would receive an invoice to finish it off. Called today and they have no record ..and you want us to put our safety in your hands ?????

Sham is extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Stopped by my place to check the AC. Took his time to identify the problem and showed me how to do some basic routine maintenance with my unit. In addition, he responded to all of my questions and gave good advice. Outstanding customer service.

They cleaned up afterwards and went thru my invoice with me so I knew exactly what I was paying for. They answered all of my questions. They were a delight to work with.
