I am extremely satisfied with the foundation repair which was done by Hy-Tech Foundation during the month of August 2018! I had a lower bid repair done 4 years earlier and when I needed to call for warranty repair they were out of business. I started my research and visited with a couple of companies but either was just not convinced due to my 4 year earlier foundation problem. I decided to go with Hy-Tech Foundation even though they were not the lowest bid nor were they the highest. After reviewing the information with Curtis the Hy-Tech Foundation representative I was sold on the knowledge, experience, past and current work projects, general liability, optional financing and down right professionalism!
The entire crew of HY-Tech Foundation Repair were utmost professional and courteous. Covered up my personal items from the dust and possible damage (which were none). The crew of Julio and Adrian were phenomenal ! They swept and pick up at the end of each days work. The project had developed a issue that was not in the quote which did not affect the outcome because Curtis said "what do we need to do to make this right?" Which was done beyond my expectations with Hy-Tech Foundation Repair by Curtis making it right and Cullen the owner. Please view these photos of the start of project to the end of the project. 3 days of repairs and on schedule. It is like they were never there! Thank you!

If I can put zero stars, I would, not professional, they told me the whole project will take 3 months, now after 5 months later no body is showing to work,

I have been extremely pleased with roubion shoring.everyone I have dealt with in the field and in their office have been extremely courteous and professional.

HOME ELEVATION WAS DONE 2010, HOME BEGAN TO SINK, CRACKING INSIDE/OUTSIDE, STEPS SEPERATING FROM FRONT PORCH. CALL TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT ON MAY 2, 2018. WORK BEGAN IN JUNE OF 2018, 2 WKS LATER WORK STOPPED, CALLED CO. SENT KEVIN OUT,
HE ASSESSED THE WORK SAID SOMETHING WAS HAPPENING UNDERNEATH AND THAT HE WILL HAVE WORKERS COME BACK OUT. OCTOBER OF 2019 CALLED AGAIN WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND DUSTIN & KEVIN OUT. THEY CAME OCTOBER 18, 2019 @ 12:30 TO DO ASSESSMENT. AFTER ASSESSING DUSTIN INFORMED US THAT WE WOULD HEAR FROM THEM ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 22, 2019. TODAY IS APRIL 27, 2021 AND WE STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE REPRESENTING ROUBION SHORING. MEANWHILE THE PROBLEMS WE ARE HAVING HAS GOTTEN LARGER! FRONT STEPS IS STILL SEPERATING, CRACKING IS GETTING WORSE, WE'VE FILLED MOST OF THE HOLES LEFT AROUND THE PROPERTY AND THE TRASH AND DEBRIS IS STILL IN OUR BACK YARD. I AM NOT GOING TO WASTE TIME TAKING MORE PICTURES BECAUSE WE'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED PICTURES IN THE PAST. WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CONCERN THIS COMPANY SHOWS AFTER THEY HAVE GOTTEN PAID, IT'S LIKE YOU NEVER EXISTED. THEY SAY THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK BUT ALL THEY'VE SHOWN US IS THEY GUARANTEE THAT ONCE THEY'VE BEEN PAID YOU AND YOUR PROBLEMS NO LONGER MATTER.
I AM NOT ABOUT BASHING ANYONE'S COMPANY, MY HUSBAND HAS A COMPANY. A PERSON REPUTATION/COMPAY IS BASED ON HONESTY AND YOUR WORD. THAT SPEAKS GREATER THAN ANY RESUME. WHEN THIS COMPANY BEGAN THE WORK ON OUR HOME PEOPLE WOULD STOP AND QUESTION US ON YOUR WORK. AT THAT TIME WE GAVE HIGH REVIEWS OF YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE ALL WAS WELL. NOW WHEN PEOPLE STOP TO INQUIRE WE SAY SEE FOR YOUR SELVES AND WE SHARE OUR POST EXPERIENCE.. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today is October 5,2021 We are still having the same problem with Roubion! Kevin and Dustin came out AGAIN!!!! On July 9, 2021@ 12:30 pm. They came and said they will get someone out. They had a job going on on Harvey Blvd that was extended to August. Dustin told me to go price tiles and get back with him and he would have his guys take care of that when they come to do the outside areas. He gave me his personal number to call him when I got the tile quote. OnSeptember 29, 2021 I went to Floor & Decor and got the quote. I called Dustin and texted him on the same day. I have yet to hear from him by call or text. I called the office today oct. 5, 2021 and again left a message. As I said before. They were very helpful and professional when they we’re getting our business, but years later when outside cracking begins and you have settled your debt with them, you begin to see the unprofessionalism. They give you the run around and untruth promises. I am so tied of all the fake promises and lies. Do your research before using their services. I led a lot of people to this business, now I’m sorry I did. I pray they’re not going through what we are. I see other people in my neighborhood that used other shoring companies and they came out and did repairs without any problems. I am so disappointed in Roubion, so disappointed 😒🥺😢😭😡🤬

The bathtub drain pipe under the house is leaking. The bricks around the top step is cracking. Security door is was not realigned so that the door would lock. Made several calls to Roubion, was promised that the problem would be fixed. After many broken promises to fix these issues, I have gotten very frustrated and am disappointed with Roubion.

Had a terrible experience with this company. We hired them to correct an issue with our pillars following the purchase of our home. Then when we went to sell the home, the issue came up in inspection again because it was never completed as they were hired and paid to do. We have had to call them back on multiple times, they’ve been defensive and in denial of the work they did/didn’t do and have still not completed a simple job. Would absolutely not recommend them.

The crews that came out were always punctual and hard working.
From the front office to the technicians in the field everyone I spoke
were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I have received numerous
compliments about how well the house looks after the elevation. We are very pleased with the workmanship that we received from Roubion. We had two
incidents arise during the project. I called Roubion and they arrived on sight within 4 hours and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. The finish product exceeded my expectations . I highly recommend Roubion Shoring .

Contacted the company in early July, their first available appointment was early August! Kevin came out August 6 . Here it is early OCTOBER ……….. ZERO response after three inquiries since the visit! Last response was “ we will email you”. Still waiting, not waiting!

The entire team were friendly and professional. The work was completed within the time they said it would be and clean-up around the outside of the house was great.

They were amazing. Super helpful, honest and just made the experience pleasant (even in a bad situation) I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Thomas was great and professional. The work lasted almost a week longer than expected but that comes with it sometimes. It was a frustrating process but over all it went well.

Home needed foundation repair and I was procrastinating for a while and unsure of a major expense and concerned about finding the right company to do the job…then I found Duratech…I would give them 6 or 10 stars if I could :)from the first call till the work was done..they were extremely knowledgeable, guiding a homeowner through every step..the work was done as committed..they charged what we agreed on, no hidden charges, and gave competitive pricing than others…Duratech is on your side…great work Steve and Thomas!

Duratech did a awesome job at my house in crystal beach and our house in Laporte. They are definitely our new foundation company...love them.

If you need your house level I highly recommend this company. Very professional the speed and accuracy is excellent. This company deserves a 10 star. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work completed. Very friendly and polite. Don't go to anyone else. You will not be disappointed.

Work performed in timely manner .Mr Gottwald ,Mr Roberts, Mr Collins and Mr Patricio and his crew were very professional. Concerns were addressed Immediately. Cleaned up very nicely. i will highly recommend their work.
