They did a great for me at a house I was having a problem with. They came early morning, and was done with my home foundation by 3pm. They replaced all incorrectly installed materials with solid blocks. I was very satisfied, especially when he showed us the difference in the levels. Will use them again.

DuraTech Foundation Repair Company repaired the foundation and underslab plumbing of my commercial/retail property early this year. Greg Gottwald, Owner, inspected the site and presented a professional and detailed proposal. Steve Roberts of Operations was always on top of everything and kept me informed. The charge was reasonable and the tenant was extremely pleased that the three-man crew was always on time, and the property was cleaned of debris every evening before the crew left. They were efficient and competent, and the work was completed on time. The tenant could not have been happier.

also i had done work with Mr. Greg Gotward just on 10/20/23 at my home and also past in 2012 and great work i never had any problem with his work and i also highly recommended this company to do work done. and Mr. Greg always give you a right advice he never try to make people confuse and scary he is very honest person.

I originally had Duratech work on my home 9 years ago, a few years after we moved in. I noticed some cracks in the walls recently and had them come back out under their lifelong warranty plan. The made the adjustments and did it with a good explanation of why it happened. To have this service done 9 years after the original work shows me they are a serious company.

From beginning to the end, duratech provided outstanding service. The staff was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained each aspect of the process. The work was completed faster than I expected. The entire job was done while I worked from home and I wasn't interrupted or inconvenienced at all. I will recommend duratech to anyone looking for foundation repair.

Great guys, pretty easy to work with. I would recommend to friends and family. They did an honest assessment of what our house needed (1950's 3bd/2 bath). They did 10 piers and beams, 1 of them was interior. After some back and forth they agreed to tunnel to do the interior one for a reasonable charge, instead of going through the floor. Their pricing was very reasonable overall. They were done in 2 days. I thought of knocking this down to 4 stars because one of their guys left a hose running which I found when I got back from work. That faucet is hard to close though and he might have forgot to come back to it, I had to use WD-40 and a wrench to shut it off. Overall I am very pleased so far, they just finished the job yesterday and gave me my warranty certificate.

DuraTech did an outstanding job. They completed the job as promised. When extra work was required, Patricio called in additional employees to stick to the schedule. Duratech did an amazing job on the foundation! They kept constant communications with the work they were doing, after they were finished they left everything so neat and clean, thank you to the guys that work outside on this heat and to the guys in the office mitchel,chris and patricio. I needed some work done on my foundation and Duratech was a referral by a friend. She was so happy with their work so I decided to give them a call. When they showed up just to do the estimate we were sold. When I mentioned my friend he remembered from 10 years ago. That blew me away. He addressed all MY (not husbands) concerns. He saw the worried look on face and he made sure he put me at ease. He took his time to explain step by step what the process would be, how long it would take. This was just for the estimate part. Once they started they were professional and clean. We had problems with weather(Houston right) but they would call and give me updates and keep me post anytime something was changed. From the first initial conversation on the phone to the ones in person you guys are amazing. Knowing my worries and cost you made me feel safe and my home is SWEET again. I can not thank you enough.

Duratech was a life saver. They were recommended to my by a family member and despite the fact that the owner was going through a family loss at the time, the crew were able to perform their duties to a professional degree. Ours was a sewer pipe plumbing issue and their estimate was a full 1/3 less than the competition and yet the work that the crew accomplished exceeded our expectations and the final cost didn't deviate from the estimate. I had pier and beam repaired on a commercial building in Nov 2023. I did my due diligence and got several quotes and also looked at reviews for several companies. Look no further than Dura Tech! They were professional, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, no hidden fees or extra cost for an engineer, they do it all. I also needed it done sooner than later and they were great in working me in. It was a pleasure to work with them all and the process was made easy. The owner knew I had gotten several quotes and said they would probably be lower, and they were. He said I don't know why people say don't go with the highest or the lowest quote, go somewhere in the middle. I've heard that too, glad I didn't listen to it. DuraTech’s work ethic is stellar. Steve and Mitchell managed all my scheduling and answered every question and were dependable, returning calls same day. If the city requested anything, DuraTech took care of it asap. The team at DuraTech worked diligently, from start to finish. Patricio managed our project and was on time daily with his crew. He was professional and completed the work ahead of schedule! He was great at returning calls, as well. DuraTech did excellent work. Greg, as the owner and structural engineer, did a thorough initial evaluation of our home himself and was able to pinpoint the exact problems that required repairs. He is a wealth of knowledge regarding foundation leveling and anything dealing with structural issues, and he made himself available even after the project was completed. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about Mitchell and Greg. They went above and beyond repairing a foundation issue at my rental property. They did a lot of extra work to get the problem fixed right, I don't know too many other contractors that would do that. Hire these guys!

It has been a great experience working with DuraTech for my foundation repair. DuraTech was one of the least expensive quote I received among 4 different companies and were still able to explain the whole process in detail with complete transparency. They were the only company to suggest installing two mitigation piers in the back to support the lift. The project manager Pedro was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on the entire process.
