Technician arrived did his job and went on to his next appointment. Great Service and Reasonable Prices. I definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

Kane Gandy was very good and helpful when I was pucking out my new garage door. I
t was installed today by Gary Pineda who did an exceptional job. He was on time and very professional and polite.
The office was also great in texting me and letting me know in advance, when to expect the new door and installation date.

The whole experience was superb. The technician was on time, did a thorough analysis of the needed repair, gave me quote right then and there. I had called previous garage door repairmen, to no avail. I never got a callback so I went with SOLO garage because they were there when I needed them the most.

I had a project that started with another company on March 20, they installed my sliding gate motor but could not hook it up to the electricity and coould not find anyone to do it. They blew me off completley. I worked with the manufacturer and got the correct remote controls.I called OGD in Friday they sent out their technican (Victor) on Monday and he had it all fixed in an hour ending three months of frustration. I found him to be personable and knowlegeable. Great Company!

Garage door spring broke over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning. Techs were at my house and replaced the springs and cables by lunch. Great service!

I can't say enough about the service provided by Todd from Midwest Overhead Door. We had a unique situation that required immediate attention, knowledge, and experience. Todd delivered all three at a very reasonable price. He was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Scott showed up quicker than I thought someone would. He had the wrong address and I came out and directed him over. He assessed the cable and started to work on it immediately. He was polite and listened to what I had told him happened. He made sure it worked well before he left. He didn't leave a mess or anything. I would recommend him if someone were to ask.

Garage broke on Saturday. No one else even answered the phone that day. I called Solo Garage, he answered and told me he was finishing a job but could be at my house in 30 minutes. I told him the problem on the phone, and he gave me a quote there on the phone. I agreed, and he showed up in 30 minutes as promised. He then fixed the issue within an hour. All on a Saturday. Nice guy, professional. On top of all that, I could pay with credit card, Zelle, tap to pay. I got an invoice afterwards--all the kind of stuff most small businesses don't have. He did. Highly recommend him.

I previously used this company to replace a garage door spring and had a good experience. Since I was experiencing issues with the opener this time, I called them again.

The part to fix the opener would take two weeks to arrive, so we opted to replace with a new opener. The service was really good, just like the first time, my only feedback here is there was no courtesy call to say they were on the way for either visit on this last service. Calling ahead would be good to plan around.

My biggest disappointment was finding out, by researching, after the opener was installed that the new opener was less powerful than the previous one we had. We have a heavy garage door, and this has caused the door to open slower than before, which wasn't anticipated. Not a huge issue, but it would have been good to know what to expect when deciding on the model to install as a replacement. Had I know, I would have opted for the same or better than was previously installed.

Suppose it's one of the learn by trial and error, which I'll keep in mind the next time I need to replace an opener. This should be something that the company advises the customer at point of sale/before install.

A little excitement when I tried to head out late last night, not realizing our garage door was locked. The opener pulled, but with the door locked, a left lower roller popped out of place, as did the left side cable and the center stile (where the door is lifted by the metal arm) was displaced.
Gary at Genie Sales & Service returned my call early this morning, came by shortly thereafter, and got everything back to normal quickly! He and his son Cory have taken great care of our door over the years and are always professional and courteous.

I do not want to leave an extensive review but I will say that Cory went "all out" to provide me outstanding service for my garage door. We were experiencing a lot noise as the garage door went up and down. I really figure it was time for some type of maintenance since the garage door was operational since 2004. Cory took care of business. He lubricated all the springs and replaced some worn out rollers and now the garage door is quiet as a church mouse. Thank you Cory for the outstanding service.
