We used Cory’s dad for the first time in 1990; then when we bought this home in 1995 and he repaired Genie and installed a new one at some point. I met Cory a couple years ago and the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree. I call and they give me the first date and time possible which is generally within 24 hrs or say I’ll be there in 1.5 hrs. Their professionalism, honesty, timeliness, reasonable rates and values are phenomenal. Cory installed a new programmable garage door opener this week and I love it!!! He is amazing to say the least.

Great service! They arrived when they said they would and took care of everything in less than an hour. Friendly and respectful. I’ll call them anytime I need repairs.

Gave me helpful tips to prolong the life of the springs. Got everything taken care of. This dude is professional, helpful, experienced, and runs a great small business in the Greater Lewisville Area. One of those contractors that you immediately want to refer people to.

Genie Sales & Service in Lewisville has helped us out a couple of times with garage opener door issues. Both times they were super responsive, calling right back and making an appointment the next day. They worked efficiently fixing the issues quickly and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. Pricing was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend them if you have any garage door opener needs.

My garage door was not closing fully, I left a message describing my issue. Cory returned the call promptly and advised availability. He arrived and realigned my garage door. Went above and beyond to grease the railing. Best service in town!

We experienced an extreme, late-night garage door disaster that left the door completely off its tracks, door panels bent and several of the track anchors damaged. I called Genie first thing the next morning and Cory was out by mid-day, had the door panels straightened out and on it's tracks, anchors reset, added a brace to stiffen the door, oiled and tuned it up and had it fully functioning in less than 30 mins; you'd never know it was even damaged. Cory is friendly, professional and highly experienced. The service was remarkable and very reasonably priced - definitely a 5-star experience all-around. Thanks again Cory!

A friend just had a new garage door installed. He referred Cory to me. if there was a 10 star option I would give ten stars. Cory came to the house gave me a very fair estimate and installed a couple days later. Very honest and on time and very professional. Ill let all my friends and family know who to call if they have any issues with their garage door. Very happy with the service.

Our garage door suddenly snapped Friday afternoon. We called Royal Door and they moved things around to get technicians out to us ASAP. Within the hour of calling. Justin and Cam were ultra polite and helpful. And braved huge storms to make sure to get our door fixed. Can't recommend them enough. They made sure to give a fair quote before doing any work, and made do with extremely limited space. Hopefully we don't need to call them again, but next time we have a garage door issue they will be the first ones we call. Thanks again, guys.
