Fast, professional service. Quickly responded to our issue and got the problem fix immediately and at a very reasonable price. They gave us options and clearly communicated the difference in them. They even helped me with resetting my openers that seemed to have got codes mixed up somehow.

We've used Royal Door for many years and have always been happy with their service. Josh was out yesterday to replace the 2 springs on a double garage door on my parents' home which we are selling. The garage doors were very old and rickety.
Jacob Peterson was the service tech who came to the house. He understood the problem and said he could fix it. I asked about Door Replacements.
He did a great job of creating and explaining the work and costs of new doors.
So , several days later, He came back with a crew and they worked all day. Now I have new double wide and single wide doors ! They look great and work so smoothly.v

Royal Door is an excellent company to call for garage door repair. Cam replaced the rubber seal on both of my garage doors including the bottom door panels. Great work. No more leaks. Thanks.

Tay and Josh did an excellent job installing our new garage doors, and they look marvelous. They were youthful, energetic and hard working (a refreshing trait). Tay and Josh pointed out various features of the garage doors and answered all question. Their attention to detail was very comforting.

Got a same day appointment for repair of a broken spring. Chris, our service tech, was great. Very polite, and thorough with his inspection and explanation of our system, and options for repairs/ replacement.
Worked quickly and efficiently to get us back up and running!

Justin was so great! He was patient as we worked with our warranty to get most of the repair covered. I so appreciate him! Very happy with the door now. It's so fancy and all in all it was super well priced for everything we got. So thankful for Royal!

They were easy to deal with and did great work. The job called for 4 overhead doors of various sizes to be installed including a 28’x14’ door. Everything works just as it should. Justin, Mike and their team were friendly and had good communication. This was our first experience with them and we have already discussed more work upcoming.

Josh was very knowledgeable and seem to get some things adjusted to my prior organization had not done a good job adjusting. Service was timely. Communication communications was good. I would like to see Josh be a little more careful with grease on his hands. I was concerned that I was getting grease on the door openers and handles.

From the first phone call to schedule, Julie was so kind and helpful! Justin, our technician, was amazing! He was kind, honest, and efficient. He went out of his way to take care of all of our concerns regarding our garage door repairs! After deciding not to use the company that originally installed our doors(for certain reasons), Royal exceeded our expectations and I can’t recommend them enough!

Jaccob was extraordinarily professional! He installed new springs for our old wood door & explained what was being done. He also quoted a price to install 2 new doors, upon our request, & he didn't pressure any sales. We were pleasantly surprised at the affordable price of our spring replacement & a cost for new doors! This is a very good company & we highly recommend them to anyone. We will continue to do business w/Royal Door.

I must add a further review.....Josh & Tay installed 2 doors for us last week. These two young men were excellent! The job resulted in a longer install due to more obstacles regarding placement of some materials. Both worked non-stop for 8 hrs, providing us with beautiful doors. They were extremely professional, polite & open to any & all questions.
Mike was helpful with advice on a new door opener system. He presented the fire hazard our old one presented & gave a thorough explanation. We appreciated his honesty!
Cam installed a new opener system yesterday. Wow!, very efficient with installation & extremely patient & instructive on the app installation!
All the crews were good at clean up! We were so impressed & satisfied with everything that was done! If there were more than 5 stars for review, I would give it!
Pricing, clean up, efficiency & professionalism were all tops! I will definitely spread recommendations for Royal Door! Thank you!

Josh Bennett helped us with a garage install and came back the same day when I accidentally messed up the limits and it wouldn’t close 🫢 He is very polite and did a great job. He was quick and efficient. He made sure we knew everything about our unit and that we had no questions. We are very happy with our service.

Josh Bennett was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the options available, and then promptly got it fixed! Office staff was also very polite and helpful when calling to make an appointment.

Royal identified the door that I needed quickly, and had it installed within two days of me placing the order. The installation went smoothly and the door works great. Highly recommend.

Justin came out to give quote on new garage doors. He listened, shared his expertise and offered multiple options with the quote. He explained what to expect and offered more help and support with the selection of new doors. Julie was very helpful in the selection of the new doors with options and any new changes that I wanted. Took the time to really help with process and providing clarity with visual mock up too. All of the support from beginning to the installation made this a great experience and love the new doors and openers! I would highly recommend them to any looking for new garage doors.

Easter weekend my garage was ran into, and RD came out right away to remove the old door so that it could be boarded up. Door arrived in just a couple weeks and was immediately installed as soon as it arrived. The installers were polite, knowledgeable, and patient while teaching me how to program and use the new opening system. Actually, the demos guys were great, and the owner was super responsive, honest, and a genuinely nice guy. He helped me find a construction team to help with the rebuild while the door was on order. Julie in the office was awesome, she was sympathetic to the problem, calm, and attentive. 10/10!!!
