The owner came and did our estimate, and was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided three different quotes: basic, better, and best. He was very transparent about what was on each quote, and made it clear there was no obligation to choose higher-priced quotes and to decide based on our needs and comfort. Once we chose and signed off on the plan we were most comfortable with, they scheduled us immediately and came out 4 days later. The repairs are exactly what was discussed, including a couple small complimentary fixes (like moving our garage buttons down to a better spot). He was on time and courteous, and charged us exactly what was quoted. We will definitely schedule with them again for any further issues/ maintenance on our garage!

Several years ago I started having issues with our old garage door. I found Royal Door from a Home Design publication and called them. The owner of the company was out the same day!
He quickly saw the problem and repaired it. He explained that the repair he did was a simple adjustment and told me that our door should last a few more years.
He could have told us anything else and started trying to put the pressure on! Instead, he placed their Royal Door sticker below the garage button on my wall. I handed him my credit card, rather tried to, he teplied there is no charge! He asked us to call them when we needed to replace it!
When Royal Door of KC came to talk to us I saw that he looked familiar but I knew he could not be the young man from years ago! He said that he was his Father!

I see why Royal Door has so many 5 star reviews. I had a garage door installed by one of their technicians named Ashton. He was extremely polite and demonstrated excellent customer service. For me, good customer service is very important when choosing a business that I want to work with. Not only was the job done flawlessly but timely and with a smile. Royal Door came out to install a single, 16 foot garage door. They were very prompt and answered any questions I had. Tay was our main installer. He was very polite and respectful. He helped us pair the door opener with our car and helped us add this door to the app we already had installed on y phone. He never made me feel I was keeping him from being somewhere else.
I highly recommend Royal Door for any garage door problems you might encounter.

Christopher Douglas was very friendly with both me and my wife helping us diagnose the issue with our garage door and replaced the whole motor and track and belt for under 800$. This also gave us more features we didn’t previously have for our home. Kind and personal service and very fast installation. Very satisfied!

Was very impressed with Royal Door. Their service technician, Jaccob, was very thorough with his inspection of the old garage door, spring & motor and pointed out concerns, but also items that didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty with not trying to sell me items I didn't need. The scheduling process was easy. On the day of installation, it was completed within a few hours and was very impressed with how the door looked. Would definitely recommend Royal Door to anyone needing a new garage door or maintenance on an old one.

We bought a new garage door and opener from Royal. The consult was great, the young man that did the installation was wonderful - polite and very competant, and the phone staff was so friendly! I had an issue with my door on A Monday morning at 7:40 AM I called Royal Door and a technician was there by 10:00 AM and resolved my issue. You cannot find quicker service than that. I didn’t even have to stay at the house to wait. Cam fixed the door and texted me he was all done and I can use my opener when I get home. I have had Royal install my doors and replace a panel on my door before, they are by far the most affordable contractor in the city and have the best customer service and are genuinely kind.

Royal door helped us out of a situation with another company going out of business. Fantastic customer service and incredible team. I cannot say enough good things about them! Installation team was on time, communicated what to expect and cleaned up better than when they arrived. Great experience.

Christopher was fantastic! He did a great job of explaining the product, and took his time to explain all the features. He even helped me get the new opener synced to my car (which I’ve failed at doing multiple times by myself). You can tell it’s a company that truly cares about their customers and their work!

We had our garage doors and openers replaced by Royal Door. From the initial quote, through to the end of the project, I felt like they were upfront, honest and professional. Josh, Tae and Justin did a fantastic job with our new doors and we couldn’t be happier. They went above and beyond taking time to show me how to program remotes, cars, keypads and how to download and program the app. And to top it all off I’m pretty sure our garage is cleaner now than when they arrived. They have forever customer with us.

Very happy with Royal Door! When calling the office the lady was very informed and kind. The installers were punctual and polite work was speedy and done well. They were very helpful with setting up new information on our phones for the garage door openers. And left no trace of them behind.
