So impressed with this company! They came out on a Sunday, within a couple of hours of my call. Brett, the technician, did a great job informing me about my options. I have placed an order, but installation will not happen until next week. If the installation is anything like the service call, I am sure I will be happy! I also loved the website—it was very informative. Money well spent. I would love to see an app where I can take a picture of my house and see different styles and colors of doors on it.

My garage spring broke and I was unable to get my car out for work. Kyle showed up to my home within 15 minutes and checked out everything needed to be done. He was extremely professional and polite and explained everything that my garage needed and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Got my garage fixed in a little over an hour and it was as good as new. I appreciate Kyle’s customer service and the work he did. 10/10 will be recommending to family/friends that need garage work done.

Kyle was the technician for Precision door service that came out to install a new garage door motor for us. At the time I did not know they sent the best person for the job. Immediately it became clear to me that he knew what he was doing. He was very thorough, very professional, and completely knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
