I am very pleased with this company. Jackie arrived right when expected and was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out to the house only knowing that the garage door was not working. Within the hour he had it back working again better than it ever has. I appreciate companies like this that simply make it easy with repairs.

Did a quick, reasonable, and excellent repair of my garage door this week. They also replaced the bottom of door gasket, and did some door closure sensor maintenance. The lifting mechanism had pulled out of the sheet metal on the garage door and Partridge fixed me in no time. Been using them since at least 1989.

Partridge Door visited our home, assessed what needed to be replaced, and gave us a quote to replace the garage door and door opener. They were very professional and courteous, and their quote was much lower than other installers we asked. Their installer was on time, fast, and efficient. The new door looks great, and the automatic opener works perfectly. A very pleasant transaction.

Best prices around ! Quick Service. The spring on our Garage door broke. They came out and repaired it for 1/3 of what our 1st quote was. Our garage is working perfectly now.

BEWARE!! DO NOT use this company. The young man came over to my house replaced gear kit and removed the springs from my garage door.He maliciously rigged the equipment to work. My door stopped working within 2 months, October 8, 2024. I called October 24, 2024 about what was going on and Jack made a note I refused springs at the time of service. I could NOT believe what I was hearing. He quoted $250 plus taxes to return to my house. I said, “Why would I pay you for what your company did to my door.” He HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Do yourself a FAVOR, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Fortunately I have only needed to call 3 times. But each time, a company rep answered the phone right away or called me back within minutes. A service person was sent out to me (sometimes he was already in the area) within the hour. The service personnel have always been very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I love this company!

Had an old door opener going out. They came out and fixed my problem, installed a new one quickly for a reasonable price. Have used them for other properties and would use again.

Received excellent customer service from James and his team. Mr. Bobby fixed our garage door extremely quickly and was very kind and punctual. Highly recommend them for any and all repairs!
