This is my first experience with Unwin Overrhead Doors. My phone call inquiry was immediately answered by Nick and servicing scheduled promptly. Marty came to my home to replace a faulty garage keypad and also to do a general inspection of my system. He was a pleasure to work with. He was meticulous in looking over all of the system parts, showed and explained to me which ones needed repairing or replacing and did so expertly. I would highly recommend him and his company if you need any type of work done on your garage door operating system.

The technician was prompt for his estimate inspection and was very polite. A replacement appointment was scheduled and Marty arrived promptly and began his replacement process. In a short time, the new door was installed, the old door was loaded for disposal and the worksite was left spotless. Thank you VERY much Marty. Thank you VERY much Unwin Overhead Door. I was having issues with an older garage door opener both raising and lowering my garage door. Within a couple of days after contacting Unwin, a technician came to my home to examine the door opener, chain, cables, etc. The technician found a few issues and had resolved the issues within a couple of hours. Unwin's pricing for the repair also seemed reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased with the service. It has been 2 months since the repair work and the door has continued to operate flawlessly.

I had a cable snap on a very old wooden garage door this week. I called UNWIN bc they came highly recommended to get the door working again. Marty, the technician that came out, was amazing. He was very professional and quite personable. Marty knows his job and does it with excellence. You can tell he loves his job. He came in and took a look around at the problem areas that caused the cable to snap. He had a solution instantly. With my beloved Jeep inside, he exercised great caution. Which was greatly appreciated. I felt at ease within minutes. He was extremely efficient and explained everything as he repaired the door and replaced parts. It was such a relief that he had the door working with ease in very little time. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Marty!!

Marty showed up right at 8:15 to start the job and did a fantastic job changing out my worn out garage door opener for a new one including fixing some worn out garage parts as well. The entire process from first call to final payment is very smooth and everyone was very helpful with no questions. I would highly recommend Unwin for any garage door project you have.

When I called the Unwin company , the girl was very polite. Explained my situation with my garage doors. She scheduled Marty for the following morning. He arrived early, was very knowledgeable. Explained what he was going to do. The whole unit needed to be replaced.
He came back the next morning & installed a new unit. He did a great job! Explained everything that was done , was very thorough. Would definitely recommend this company .

We were having a difficult time with our keypad given how old it was. We called this afternoon to set up an appt and the guy was here 10 minutes later and had everything we needed replaced and reprogrammed and was done within 15 minutes tops. Appreciate the speedy response and how well the job was done. Will definitely be using Unwin for all of our garage needs from here on out.

Great company! Arrived early and completed job quickly. Our technician Tyler was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Another garage door was also in need of repair so he informed us of that and saved us from having to call again or risk injury due to cables that were not connected properly. Would recommend highly!

On 3/6/26 I called Unwin Overhead Door to purchase the left side garage door vertical track for DIY. It happened that Joseph was available to come over to my house to replace the damaged with the new one. He arrived on time with all needed parts, took down the broken one, cut the new one to fit the size, instaled it perfectly in less than an hour. I can't be more than pleased. Joe is extremely professional, courteous, works fast and thoroughly. I love the repaired one, because it looks just like a new one. Joe also asked me to run the garage door open and close many times to make sure that I am totally satisfied. It ran perfectly. Thanks again to Joe and Monica, you solved my problem beautifully!!
