John Cross Construction is our go-to garage door company. We've used them at our own home and we recommend them to our real estate clients. John and his team do great work for a good price and in a timely manner. No waiting weeks for them to come out and repair or replace your door, opener or parts like other places.

This company installed a Chamberlin Smart Garage door opener as a contractor with Lowes in La Quinta. The Garage door only worked properly for one day. We called this company several times only to be put off or they promised to call and come out to repair the opener and failed to do either. I would NOT recommend this company. It going on 2 months and my opener still does not work.

They came installed garage door spring. It works great! They didn't cleanup behind themselves. They left the old spring in garage. Then I noticed cigarette butt on driveway so I looked at my camera and it was them who littered on my property. I will not use them again.

Partridge Door Company is an outstanding organization. On Sunday afternoon my garage door made a terrible sound as it went up and then fell. I am Simply Amazed! I called at 6:30 looking for a part. The store was not open and he still answered the phone. They had the part in stock for my 10+ year garage door opener. I later found he works out of his house. Even though he was not open for business, he told me I could come grab the party anyway. He charged me about 10$ more than the cheapest price I could find online. I call that a cheap "Instant Gratification Fee". I am very impressed!
