Cory, from Genie Garage was absolutely great. I had a spring bust and needed fixed as soon as possible. They made it out immediately the next morning, got the work done and couldn't be happier with the level of service they give!

Nowadays, vendors such as he are becoming extinct, especially in the north DFW area where apparently anyone can call themselves a tradesman commanding 150% market rate but delivering 60% of industry standard. Absolutely amazing service!! We needed a new motor and they delivered. Not only did they give us a much better price, but their customer service was great. Cory installed the new motor, explained the new system to me and synced my car with the new motor. I was referred to them by a neighbor and will definitely be recommending them to others.

I read the reviews and decided to call for help with our garage door. We had service that same day and there was no attempt to sell us on more than we needed. If you want honesty, trustworthiness, and efficient service this is the place to call for your garage door needs.

Cory was EXCELLENT. Our garage door was jerking when it closed - so badly I thought it would rip the unit out of the ceiling. Cory came over and within 5 minutes was able to tell me that our garage just needed some TLC. 30 minutes later it’s working like it’s brand new and he even replaced the light bulbs in it. 10/10 service and I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need him!

I’m new to the area and was having problems with my garage door after a power outage. I called Genie Sales & Services and Cory had answered. I wasn’t a regular customer but it was same day service, very kind when I had overlooked reset button on wall receptacle, sprayed lubricant on my noisy garage door and checked system out. All for no charge! Cory now has a new customer. I will share his kindness with others. Seniors appreciate this kind of service when they make silly mistakes!

I've been using them for >10 years at different locations and my review is long overdue. I agree with other reviews that if I could leave 10 stars I would. This a fantastic company and you absolutely can't find anyone better at what they do. They show up promptly. They're courteous and most importantly they always do the repair right and for a fair price (leaving the area clean). I don't have to call them often but I'm always impressed with the fine work they do.
They leave with the door and opener working like a sewing machine!

We have used Genie Sales and Sevice for several years and the most recent experience reinforces our support of this business. They answered when we called to schedule a service, showed up on time the next day and made the repairs required to make our garage door opener operational again. My garage door broke and I happened to see a work truck with this place’s info on it soon after, so I gave them a call and Cory got me all fixed up even better than before! Now I have a WiFi hub added to my door opener so that I never have to worry if I accidentally left my garage door open lol. Cory was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and at a good price, so I will definitely use him for any future garage door needs and recommend him to others.
