Originally called them out to have the belt replaced but decided to upgrade the 20 year old opener to one that’s a bit more modern.

The consultation was Monday and had it installed Tuesday morning. Installer was professional and quick. Decided that I was also replace the guide rollers on the door but start to finish he was only here a couple hours.

Definitely would recommend them for anything garage related. Had to have them come back out once to replace the battery backup today but it was quick and easy.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Installation was quick with quality doors and openers with app to open and close doors as well as camera. Accident happened soon after install my fault, received a call back immediately from both Sharon and Aaron offering to come out same evening. Fixed like new. If your looking for an honest company that does good work this is the one for you. Thank you so much for everything!

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time. My garage door decided to completely stop working late one evening—of course, when I needed it the most. I called around expecting to get the usual “we’ll come in a few days” response, but to my surprise, someone picked up right away and actually came the next morning.

The tech who showed up was on time, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. He figured out the issue in about 10 minutes—it was a busted spring—and had everything he needed in his truck. He explained what went wrong, how to prevent it in the future, and even tightened a few things that weren’t part of the original job. You don’t see that kind of service much anymore.

Price was fair (I did some research after the fact just to make sure), and everything has been working smoothly since. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are honest, fast, and good at what they do. Just felt like I was in good hands.

If I ever need anything garage-door-related again, I know exactly who to call.

We have the good neighbor fence in which the fence is shared with the neighbors. When the neighbors fence came down with Beryl, our collective set of neighbors joined together to have all of our fences replaced. Our dedicated spokesman obtained quotes from several fencing companies. My Garage and Gates was not the cheapest (more mid-tier), but their price was reasonable given their reputation as compared to the cheaper companies. The cheaper companies did not offer the quality level of My Garage and Gates. We were not wrong.
Liron with My Garage and Gates worked with our dedicated spokesman and then asked each of us if we had questions. He answered any concerns that I had.

They easily handled the project of this magnitude, having our section of the fence built in just a few days. Moreover, the fence looks sturdy and extremely well built.

For an issue that ended up not being their fault, they took care of me. I had a chance to see the depth of the concrete anchor for the pole, and it is deep. This fence is made to last.

Now, I look out of my office window to a really well-built and beautiful fence. My singular complaint is that the fence looks so good, it makes me want to put more work into the rest of our backyard.
