Tai was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was incredibly responsive and timely. We had found a picture on the internet of the gate we wanted to built to connect our house to our garage. Tai’s guys built us one that looks even better than the one we found online. We gave Tai the deposit on Monday and the whole gate was completed three days later on Thursday. I highly recommend this company! Extremely professional and the craftsmanship is outstanding! (Completed gate below)

I know I am not an easy customer. I expect crews to show up on time, when they say they will, clean up after themselves and communicate effectively on project changes/issues.
My garage and gates surpassed any expectations I had of a top tier gate company. It is no wonder they have almost 300 5 star reviews. Aldo's customer service is nothing short of what i would see at an Hermes store. The team is responsive and takes accountability. On top of that their crew was professional and worked hard. Liron is determined to make sure every customer is not only satisfied, but happy with the final product. Our initial sales rep Jason, also worked tirelessly to get us a quote in a short amount of time. Joe came out to evaluate the job to ensure we were happy after the project was done. He listened carefully and also wanted to make sure everything was done to perfection. The office staff, Izzy and Leah were communicative and detailed and always got back to me when they said they would.
We will recommend them to everyone! and only use them in future work!

Many thanks to Tai and the team for their professional approach and attention to every detail. I wouldn't say I liked to cut corners with this project, and Tai's consultations helped me to select the optimal options for my situation. He explained everything in detail and gave beneficial recommendations. It greatly contrasted with many other companies I evaluated for this project. This company proved to be the best. The quote was good, the project was prompt, and the construction site was in ideal condition. The main thing is that the gates look exactly as I planned in the sketches, and every part of my technical specification is completed. Before this review, we have already used the gates for a couple of months - all is ok. I already had some support over the phone - they quickly responded and helped with my questions. It looks that all will be fine in the future, plus the gate operators they installed have a 7-year warranty.

We have many compliments from our neighbors. They also asked for the contacts of the company. Of course, I recommended My Garage And Gates and Tai. We also will use their services in the future. Great company.

Well, we had a lot of issues during our service, they installed the wrong opener, they didn't add henges that we had discussed, there were serious defects in the trim work they did, and the workers were not very professional. We ended up buying our own opener. Then, they owed us a refund which took forever. We'll, not even a year later, and there's stripping of the paint they did. I texted them about it and no response.....

It has been just a few days since the completion of our reinstalled fence. It was certainly a pleasure working with Rigo, the Project Manager and the estimator, Brent. From start to finish they were professional and gentlemen of their word in terms terms of setting our expectations for the timing of the project, working with problem neighbors as well as working with other folks such as the stump grinder we hired. Not only do my husband and I love the fence, we love the pedestrian gates and the redone dog run fence. We would recommend this company to anyone else needing a new or redone fence!

If you guys are looking for the number 1 service in Houston- Don’t hesitate.

The company does a great job at installation. They did a beautiful job. But if you have a problem their only solution is to sell you a new installation. A delivery truck bumped into my gate post. They had someone come and look but never followed up. They were responsive once I went back to them again but their solution was to either sell me a new post for $1,300. I was able to get the old post rectified for less than 10% of that cost.

We needed part of our fence done quickly due to my son’s wedding, My Garage and Gates crew came out and did an awesome job start to finish. Efficient and on time and the fence looks great. We will be using them again to complete it. Thank you!

Tai, Leah and Brent were wonderful wonderful to work with! No matter what I threw at them, they always had a great attitude, called me back immediately and had a solution. I never felt like I was left hanging with anything or any issue. They worked really hard and they did beautiful work. I’m extremely happy with my gate and.Fence. I highly recommend!

Stay far away from this company. SEE PICTURES BELOW. They use unsupervised contractors and this $32,000 fence project was a complete disaster. They broke a waterline and my house water had to be shut off for two hours, caps put on crooked, drilled 42 holes wrong and just smeared putty over the holes, scratched most of the material and I was sited by my HOA for piles of their trash left in front of my house. After all that they said I made them uncomfortable by asking for a discount. Seriously? These guys are TERRIBLE and should Not be in business! Find another fence company.

They replaced our fence with about 60% cedar and 40% Trex with the Trex in the backyard. We love love love the Trex! They did an excellent job and we highly recommend My Garage and Gates.

I found my garage and Gates searching on Google maps. They handled the whole process through getting the HOA approval and ordering the supplies and getting them delivered and installing the fence and even fixing sprinkler issues that came up from the installation. They did what they said they were going to do and they made everything right. I'm really glad I asked them to do our fence. We're in a new community and the builder put the fence all the way to the back of the property so we wanted to move the fence up to the front so we get more backyard otherwise it was useless side yard that just was ugly. So these guys came in got the HOA approval move the fence up by move I mean they replaced that front facing part and extended the sides down and added a gate on both sides. And they were done in 2 days. Really good job and better quality than the builder. I don't think the builders fence guy even used concrete. But these guys definitely cemented the posts and and build a really solid fence. We had them put a rot board at the bottom of the part that they did so it sits a little bit higher than the original fence that's still there. But it looks fine and will eventually have to replace that original fence with something like this anyway. I'm looking forward to asking them to put a gate on my aluminum fence on the back side of my property now.

Crew did a fantastic job. Price was great and quality is excellent! They removed existing fence panel, fabricated and added in a 5 ft gate. The crew was very knowledgeable and clean up after job was perfect. Definitely recommend My Garage and Gates for wrought iron fence work.
