My garage and gates did and excellent job customizing our gates. They exceeded my expectations, because It was a custom project, and I just loved the result. The quality is excellent, from sales to installation very knowledgeable workers. Great customer service. I am glad we chose them for this project, and I would highly recommend them.

My Garage and Gates was a breeze to work with. Trevor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and even educated me on material and made suggestions for aesthetics and durability. He provided various quotes as I kept changing my mind on what I wanted as far as configuration and materials to use. He was very patient and worked with me until I was comfortable to move forward. It took me over a month to pull the trigger but I never felt pressured to use them. I did get quotes from various companies in that time frame but they were by far the most responsive, friendly, and accommodating to my schedule. The installers worked faster than I expected. I was told it would take 3-5 days. My fence was removed and replaced in just 2 days!! They did an awesome job, I would definitely recommend them and use them for any future needs.

After having several garage door companies quote rates I found All Door & Garage and talked with Zion who had his team confirm my measurements and what was needed to install. We had to wait for the door manufacturer to make the door but All door came when they said they would, did a great job installing and cleaned up as they installed. The installers gave me the wrong balance to pay. One call to Zion and he had his guys deliver a check for the difference within an hour. And best of all, the pricing was the lowest for the CHI door we wanted

All Door and Garage came out immediately to investigate our faulty commercial loading dock door motor, analyzed the problem, and had it replaced all well within what would normally be expected. Their customer service skills and knowledge was exemplary from the start through to fruition. I highly recommend.

This company has demonstrated extreme negligence, incompetence, and unprofessional conduct.

I purchased a garage door through Lowe’s, which contracted this company for delivery and installation. While they completed the delivery, they failed entirely in their responsibility to schedule and perform the installation in a timely and professional manner. I was told I would be contacted to schedule the installation. No one ever called. I had to repeatedly follow up myself.

On the scheduled installation date, no one showed up. When I called, I was told they were “not aware” that I even had the garage door—despite the fact that this same company had delivered it. I had taken a day off work and lost income as a result. I informed them clearly that I could not continue missing work due to their failures.

When they finally arrived, their attitude was hostile and unprofessional. During the visit, it was discovered that a required part of the garage door was missing. In the presence of their installers, we contacted Lowe’s. Lowe’s explicitly stated that this company was responsible for contacting them to request the missing part. The installers heard this directly and confirmed they would do so.

The following day, when we called to confirm the status of the missing part, we were yelled at and told they “had no responsibility” to do anything. Only after repeatedly explaining the situation did the representative reluctantly state they would order the part.

Days later, I called again seeking an update. At that point, temperatures were below freezing, and the partially installed garage door had been left with an approximate 3-centimeter gap, allowing cold air to enter my home and creating a serious habitability and energy-efficiency issue. Once again, I was treated aggressively, told they would do nothing, and the call was abruptly terminated.

This company failed to meet basic contractual obligations, failed to communicate, exposed my home to unsafe conditions, caused financial loss by forcing me to miss work, and engaged in verbally aggressive and abusive behavior toward a customer. Their conduct reflects a complete disregard for professional standards and consumer rights.

I strongly caution any customer and any company considering working with this business. Based on my experience, they should not be trusted with delivery, installation, or customer service of any kind.
