Christian is a master of his craft. Not only did he expertly install the new spring and balance the garage door, but he took time to explain how it all operated together and how to keep things maintained for optimal performance. Christian was also very personable and was able to complete his work efficiently.

Sam and his assistant did an excellent job replacing the motor on my garage doors, and they are very friendly guys who answered all my questions.

AY and Ben were prompt and fast in their work. The job cost more than expected, but I was able to get my garage door overhaul done the same day I called, and it is rated for 100,000 open/closes now. AY and Ben were professional and kind, and finished up before I had to leave to pick up my kids from school. All in all, a great experience. Quality service through and through, which is rare to find these days.

The garage spring broke. They were able to come out the next morning to get it replaced. The repair guy (Kyle) was very helpful and explaining everything. Overall was a very friendly, expedited, and good experience. Would highly recommend. Including a picture of the new spring.

A+ service and products are great! We replaced out garage door 7 years ago and when our spring broke last night and they came out first thing the next morning and had the parts replaced by noon! Our technician, Adam, was professional and through.

Not sure which Review page I should put this on. We needed immediate service on our garage door (sensor issue). Company I used to use no longer services garage doors. So I took a chance, based on everyone's reviews, thanks! And oh my gosh, A+ Garage Door is truly the very best. VERY prompt, EXCELLENT customer service (I can't say enough about the terrific promptness and customer service from start to finish), both on the phone (gals on the phone are perfect customer service, they're hired!) and in person (Kyle, thanks so much for your expertise, and kindness). We just don't see this level of service anymore. But this company truly delivers! Yay! And everyone wants a Kyle in their lives. Thanks to Tyler and Tony my garage door is functioning again. They evaluated it and gave me several options to get the door working again. They were kind and professional. I will use A+ again and highly recommend their services.

Kasey repaired our garage door on the same day that our spring broke. He was on time and very professional. He assessed the needed work on our garage door quickly and went to work. We are extremely happy we called A Plus Garage Door repair.

He assed the issues and was open and honest about options that could improve and eliminate potential problems I would have in the future.
He did not try to up-sale me but educated me realistically on future issues I could have.
He went beyond in ensuring that everything was done and made me aware of what he was doing and why.
In the future I will always request for Kasey to attend to my garage door needs.

These guys do great work. They’re thorough and honest. We ended up getting 2 new beautiful walnut w/ sunrise style window garage doors (1 - 2 car, 1- 1 car) and 3 new lift master motors. We never felt like we were being upsold on anything and found the pricing is quite reasonable.

They do well to show up exactly when they say they will and clean up well after themselves. The customer service is solid and everybody from the folks who answer the phones to the folks to do the install were very professional. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody with any garage related issues whatsoever. Thanks Matt and Chase!

Patrick & Michael came out to our shop and fix our doors. Cleaned up after themselves and explained in detailed everything that they did, replaced. & completed.

Norman from A Plus Garage Door Repair came out today to give our garage door a tune up and repair the sensors. Norman was professional, friendly, and transparent when explaining what the issues were. He made the repairs quickly and my garage door is working again! I am a new loyal customer and will refer Norman and A Plus Garage Door Repair to everyone I know!

Was really pleased with A+ garage. I just wanted a "tune-up" before winter since it had been several years. Adam was terrific. He lubricated all the springs and rollers and fixed one track that was rubbing against the house. Very reasonably priced and I have peace of mind for the next couple of years. Highly recommend for proactive care.

A+ Garage Doors was very friendly, kind, and quick with the garage replacement, and overall the experience was good. The came out the same-day the problem occurred and had it replaced within 48 hours!

We did run into a couple of surprises: they weren’t able to honor a $200 off coupon we found the same day as the installation (something some of the bigger companies usually do), and we didn’t realize the price didn’t include a new opener or other add-ons, which cost extra. Still, the service itself was efficient and professional, and we appreciated how helpful they were throughout the process.
