Elite was incredible. We contacted them on Monday when our garage door cracked and they had someone out the same day. This was also the same week as Christmas so we were worried that installation of a new door was going to be delayed. Martin was fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, and most importantly he was honest with us. He was able to get us the door we wanted and have it installed BEFORE Christmas Eve! The gentleman that replaced our door was also awesome! He did an amazing job on our door and made sure we were happy with it. Thank you Elite Garage Doors & Gates!!!!

We bought our garage door from Elite and also purchased a 5 year maintenance plan. Today Brandon came out and did the maintenance. He was excellent. He answered all of our questions. He was friendly and polite and super smart. In the future, we will always ask for Brandon.

Juan was very professional. We had our garage door break unexpectedly and called Elite garage doors and the person who answered was nice and friendly and got me scheduled so fast!
Juan worked late to get us out of a pickle. I was concerned about the cost, but he showed me others pricing and he was very upfront and honest.

The technician they sent was nice. However, I was quoted 1200 to replace a garage door opener. Extremely high priced and not even close to competitors pricing. Went to home depot yesterday bought a new opener and did it myself for a total of 170$. Do your research before using this company.

Can I give a zero??? I never write reviews, but this place is an absolute ripoff. My spring broke at night and was desperate to get it fixed. They were able to come in the morning, so I went with them instead of doing my due diligence. Huge mistake. These people prey on those who are not knowledgeable on the costs to fix garage doors.
After talking with a few people at work about the amount I was charged, they assured me I was taken to the cleaners. At that time, I began calling other garage door places and asked them what their charge would be based on the services I had done based on the invoice. They we're all 1/5 of what this company charged me. Stay away!!!!

Charan Gohlwar had not displayed a modicum of quality service during the installation of our Elite Gate. He arrived and started working without an introduction or an opportunity to explain himself. When he had the gate bolted into the column I noticed that it was not level and told him so. Next I looked and he installed three new bolts and moved the gate, leaving the original bolts in place. When asked how that was to be covered up (removing the bolts and repairing the plaster) he asked for a grinder then left, presumably to a hardware store to get a grinder. He left without saying a word. I then noticed the unused bolts were ground down flush with the column and obviously no talk on patching up his handy work. While he was at the store I called with concerns and Mr. Malcolm basically chastised me for complaining before installation was complete, his resolution was to allow Mr. Gohlwar to complete the job. By the way, the gate had welding defects that we could not address because he left without a word and Mr. Malcolm clearly did not want to hear my concerns. Well, as said, he left without a word and no satisfaction from Elite Garage Doors & Gates. Mr. Gohlor's workmanship is below acceptable and Mr. Malcolm's intervention was a far cry from what would be expected from a quality company. The other poor aspects of how we were treated pale in comparison with the above but reinforces my review that Elite Garage Doors & Gates is no where close to elite in its products or service.

This review is strictly for Chris Swisher who came to look at the old door and gave me an estimate for a new door. He installed it today. It took less than than 3 hours and did a great job in installing, assisting to set up garage codes and answer all my questions. He is top notch and Elite should be happy to have him as an employee. Thanks Chris!

I had to replace my double garage door. Mine was cracked, derailed and stuck in the up position. Precision responded quickly and got the door down for security and ordered a new door. The installation was efficient and professional. Good service and good people. The new door is a dream.

My spring snapped and i called elite and they came quick and got me going fast. Friendly tech explained stuff and the doors runs smooth and quiet now awesome.

This company does not care about their customers they only care about screwing them and making more money.

I had an opener installed and eventually found out it was installed incorrectly the slide bar is an even straight connecting to the top of the garage door the garage door is now twisting and bending and is going to break. The Tech even agreed with me that it was not installed correctly.. But that didn't stop elite from wanting to charge me $467 to fix this error is this error.

I told them good bye.

Use this company at your own risk but you have been warned.

My garage door was in a car accident! The bottom was bent and not working. Juan came out the same day and I could tell he was knowledgeable and had experience. He gave me my options, including a new door. I opted to have him repair it and he did a great job. The price was higher than expected, but what isn't these days. I was highly satisfied with the work Juan did and I would use him again.

The entire experience took about a month from estimate to delivery/installation. Frank (the installer) was a great guy who worked really hard to get the job done right. Walked me through all the setup and controllers. Made sure everything worked correctly before he left. Highly recommend Frank as your installer! Elite overall was a smooth experience so far. I did purchase a higher end garage door setup with insulation and they look beautiful. Here’s a quick photo of one of the garage doors before we installed the hardware. Jeff was my sales guy and he was great as well .. so far a great experience!

Run from this company!! They came out to my house to simply replace 1 broken spring. They were 6 hours late, and arrived in the evening hours. They stated the garage door springs needed to be replaced, so we agreed to do both springs which the cost was around $576.64. They immediately charged my bank of course with a fee. The next morning one of the parts was hanging, and door wouldn't work. We asked them to return to fix it only to find out that they now mentioned that complete system was broken and the cost was around $1500.00 not including the $576.64 prior paid . This company should have been upfront and told us the entire cost so that we could get additional bids. Please don't use this company. Run... there are other door companies that actually care about their customers. The pictures show that the spring was broken but nothing else. The following day shows the lever wasn't even attached and broken.
Shame on Elite Garage Door and Gates.

Communication was excellent, they went the extra mile to help us program the garage door openers into our vehicles. Top quality doors and motors and a very fair price. So glad we chose them over the two other companies you hear advertising on the radio. Highly recommend this company. Such a pleasure to work with and thrilled with the whole process.

Called Tuesday morning explaining one of the springs broke Monday night. Asked for appointment. Repairmen called informed me they were on their way.
Repairs was completed and inspection of all compontents was done. Have already told others of my satifaction.

H&L diagnosed and resolved our garage door issues quickly. They were very detailed - explaining exactly what needed to be fixed and came ready with the parts needed. We would recommend this company and use them again in future.

Great experience with H&L having a new Linear operator installed a few weeks ago. The install crew was great and Levi has answered all of my calls before and after the sale. Highly recommended!
