Highly recommend for garage door needs. They were responsive, worked quick and efficient, and were very reasonable on price. They didn't ever try to sell us on anything we didn't need or charge us for just coming out to assess. Very nice guys that gave us a huge sigh of relief!!

I have got to tell you that the 3 young men that came out and replaced our old garage door were fast, precise, curtious. These guys from set up to end worked in perfect harmony with one another. Removing the old one and hardware, and putting up all new. It was really something to watch. And the quality of the job and door are second to none. I would suggest them to every that I know and hopefully the people I don't know. Believe me when I tell you, I'm a retired union carpenter and have seen few people who work like these guys did. Everything was in reach and ready to go from the very start to the last check. And cleaned up as they went, and left the garage just as clean as when they pulled in. Thanks guys, great job

Andy (owner) went above and beyond in responding to an issue I had with our garage door. I gave him a call pretty late one night and he was out at our home first thing the next morning. The customer service was top notch and I highly recommend using them for any and all of your garage door needs.

Had a garage door that would not close. They sent out someone who said I had an electrical problem. My house had been hit by lightning while I was out of town. The garage door had stopped weeks later. They suggested I call an electrician. The electrician made the repairs and told me it was a good thing he came out, because there could have been a fire.

In addition my old garage door still works I called and asked what did I owe at the granite city location which is who I was dealing with, and they said nothing, they were glad to help.

I will strongly recommend this company to everyone.

I called Troy Garage Door after happening to see their sign go up and business open in Granite City. I had been limping my old opener along for far too long. Andy was super polite, didn't push to upsell us, and was on time. The installers were very professional and prompt. This is one of those few home projects that went exactly as it was supposed to. Would recommend.

The team came out and fixed my garage door in less than hour. They even provided additional information in case I have issues in the future. They introduced themselves and got right to work. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

My garage door stuck open today so I searched for a repair shop. Wi called Troy Garage Door and spoke with Tammy. I answered questions and even sent picture. But, when Tammy indicated she didn't have anyone available still today, I thanked her, but said I REALLY needed someone out today bcs I was uncomfortable leaving my garage wide open overnight. She took a minute then came back and said the owner would be by to at least manually close it before he ends his day. He did come by, assessed the issue and fixed it. I then asked him how I could change my code, but he went ahead and did that too! If you have a garage door issue, call here first. The nicest, most knowledgeable, and best pricing around. The 2 gentlemen (didn’t catch their names) came out and in a matter of minutes told me what needed replaced. Troy Garage no longer services the brand of garage door opener we have but showed me where to purchase the part, quoted me a price on installation, checked the springs and greased where needed. They were courteous, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend Troy Garage Door!

Our builder recommended Troy Garage Door in Granite City when we had a malfunction of the main garage door. Tammy (who answered the phone call) was outstandingly helpful and friendly! She scheduled Alex and Wesley to come out the same day, and within 30 minutes of their arrival they had us back in operation. The service was EXCELLENT, and the staff we delt with were competent and professional. We definitely would recommend them.

They are amazing. I have had 2 other companies out. One put in 2 new, expensive garage door openers and when I had issues, they billed me and said they couldn’t help. Called another company and couldn’t help. Called Troy Garage doors and they fixed it all! Thank you Troy Garage Door!!

Our facilities dock door was out of commission for over a year and we would have to manually open,which was extremely difficult. We reached out to several companies to repair the door with no success. But, we found Troy garage door from Granite City, the guys Wesley and Alex came out repaired the door in less than an hour, I highly recommend this company. The guys were very professional, an asset to your company. The company as a whole is awesome, from great pricing to wonderful cutomer service, thanks Lisa and Tammy.
