Immediately and came out the next day. He is an expert at Garage door repair! He knows what he’s doing! And his prices are very reasonable. A different company came out to give me an Estimate the day before and they wanted to replace the entire motor and charge more than double what I paid Stephen.

I had a great experience with Stephens Garage Door Service. I had made an appointment with another company who gave me a price over the phone. When they got there I was told it would be an extra $200 for a more expensive model because my ceiling was too low. It seemed reasonable, but I wanted a second opinion. I'm always suspicious, as a woman, when things like this happen. I own a few investment properties and deal with trades a lot. I made an appointment with Stephens and when he came he said the low roof was a non issue and did the job for the exact same price that I was originally quoted from the other company. I will continue to call Stephens for any other issues with my properties... because you can't put a price on HONESTY! Actually, in this case, honesty saved me $200 and bought Stephens a customer for life.

Stephen's Garage Door Service did a fantastic job! They replaced both my springs on my garage door that had broken. They came out same day and had the job done less than 4 hours from the original call. They were even cheaper than all the other quotes I got. I would highly recommend them for garage door repair needs!
