I called and they were able to come the next day. The tech showed up promptly, was very nice, and fixed our garage door. The trim was broken too. And he advised me how to bring a piece to their office and they could sell it to me so I could install it myself and save some money. They billed my credit card on file which is convenient. The whole experience was great.

We had IDC Automatic Garage Door come to our house on two separate occasions when our garage door was accidentally hit by one of our cars. The tech was able to bend the door parts back into place, get it back on track, and reattach the bolts holding the track in place. It works great now!

Same day service, fixed the problem quickly, very nice service person. Great experience.

Not only was the install team efficient and professionals, we also needed service about a month after. We called stressed and unsure what to do. From the person who answered that initial call and scheduled the appointment to the tech who came out to not only fix the issue, but explain what had happened, we had a great experience!

The team at IDC Automatic does a great job - every time. I've had them to out service a few different garage doors over the years, and their recommendations are always thoughtful and practical. We recently had them replace an old door and opener with a new setup, including a wall mount opener and a door track height lift. They did an excellent job. They aren't the cheapest, but they are reasonably priced, punctual, professional, and trustworthy.

Lonnie was the 1st tech out to view my request for a new or replacement garage door opener. He was SO GREAT! Courteous, professional, and just went above and beyond of what was required! I accidentally dislodged my sensor, and my door wasn't working, so Chad was sent to check the problem, and fix it. Chad was also great to have to diagnose, and fix the issue. Lonnie and Chad were fast, extremely nice, professional, and willing to do extra things like put in nails in my very old, worn, rubber on the door, as well as ripping out what couldn't be nailed down, so that it wasn't flapping in the wind! The pricing seemed reasonable. I'd recommend IDC to anyone who needs an install or repair of a garage door!

IDC has been our preferred garage door company for 25 years due to its prompt, courteous and very professional service, as well as fair and reasonable prices.

IDC had installed our garage doors and requested for service and also installed 2nd garage door opener. They were able to schedule the same week to do both maintenance and installation. They made a mistake in adjusting tolerance and came the very next business day to fix it.

Rating 4 stars as weekend services if needed is quoted very high (was quoted $540 for a weekend visit) and received no call back after giving details to their call center.

Overall good place to consider when not in a hurry and when not needing emergency services.
