Jason arrived even a bit ahead of schedule. In a very short time he was able to diagnose my problem, then gave me a couple of options before he began work. He's a very personable guy who knew how to get the job done. Everything is in much better working order now!

Spring broke on our garage, Iconic had a technician out within a few hours albeit New Years Eve. Austyn was an absolute pleasure to work with, he throughly explained the repairs needed and confirmed components that didn’t. No pressure whatsoever.

My experience with Iconic garage door services was excellent from beginning to end. They were very accommodating to an appt time that worked for me within a couple of days of my call. Isaac notified me 30 min prior to arrival, arrived right on time, and quickly assessed the problem. He laid out the options for repairs needed and recommended (in terms I was able to understand), and then completed the work within the 1 hour time frame that he originally estimated. Isaac was friendly, knowledgable and was happy to answer all of my questions. My experience with Iconic could not have been better!

Trevor Holmes came out yesterday and was fantastic to work with in resolving our garage door issues. Highly recommend him. He explained our options and gave us solid recommendations.

Logan responded to our home regarding our problematic 20-year old garage door opener. He went over all of our purchase options in great detail which made our decision that much easier. He then meticulously installed the new unit along with new rollers (our request). We were very impressed by Logan's politeness and his overall demeanor. While at the house there was no refuting the fact that he's a proud and loyal employee of Iconic. Logan, if you see this rating, thank you again and we'll see you when door 2 fails.

In need of service for our 20 year old garage door, I decided to do some research and came across Iconic Services. I liked what I read on their website with a 5 star rating. I secured a quick appointment and was fortunate to have the technician Andrew arrive. He was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. He evaluated our overhead garage door condition and quickly provided options/suggestions for repairs. I made a decision and authorized repairs which he nimbly completed. I have spent many years working with contractors on construction projects and value good, smart people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew and Iconic to anyone. A very positive experience.

Logan did a great job! He communicated via text and then phone to confirm arrival time. He did a thorough assessment of the issues with my garage door and then explained his suggestions for resolving them. Before he started I had a clear understanding of the cost, time it would take and outcomes I could expect. All went exactly as planned. I am very pleased and will continue using Iconic and will request Logan be my tech going forward. Thanks!

Jason is knowledgeable about components of garage doors & internal pieces of solution to positively control system. He told me what he was going to review, so he could present problem, correction of problem & details . Excellent communication skills. I will request Jason if further problems occur.

The day started out with a broken garage door spring. I contacted Iconic and within less than 4 hours Jay was here to assess the damage and provide repair options.. Not only was the spring broken but several cables were frayed as well. Jay was very thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. Jay and Iconic saved my day! I would highly recommend calling Iconic for any garage door repairs.
