I Con IC - I Con Ignorant Customers. Don't be ignorant. Not an honest nor reputable company. Primary focus is on a sale and growing the company at any cost. Customer satisfaction is lip service. After many thousands spent, worse off than before they arrived. Get it in writing. Review it. Don’t trust a word they speak. Their word has no honor. Get a quote from another company. My garage door is loose, rattles with every light wind, and leaks water. Stay away from this company.

Jay did a fantastic job! Him and his partner(didn't catch his name) showed up on time, smiles on there faces, ready to get to work. My single, builder grade spring snapped the day before. Jay suggested what I needed and didn't need and then got to work! The whole process took less than an hour, from arrival to hand shake good-bye. My new double heavy cycle spring works great and my garage door runs a lot quieter. Will not hesitate to call Iconic if any services are needed in the future!

Kelby came out to my house within about an hour and a half after calling due to a spring breaking. Quick, professional and a great guy. Love Iconic and have been using them since the start of the company. Very reliable company with the elimination of upselling. They give you all the available options to maintain your garage door to avoid any further costly issues and up to you how you want to proceed. Definitely beats the competition. Logan and Tyler did an excellent job of replacing our double garage door opener with a new Lift Master with camera and heavier duty spring, and explained how MyQ worked for the double and single doors. We couldn’t ask for more friendly and professional service. They also made sure to reprogram our cars to the new motor for both the double and single doors.

Iconic experience! (Pun intended) Totally a great experience from the initial call. Iconic software sends out a email/text dispatch letting you know the technician is in route along with a photo and short bio about your technician. Then we received a direct call from the technician himself that he was in route and offered an eta. The wife and I appreciated the communication due to the fact our appointment was first thing on a Saturday morning. It made it much easier to plan our morning. Jason/technician arrived and understood quickly the current situation. He inspected all the mechanicals and hardwares of our garage door system and not only explained his findings in detail but walked me through to give detailed explanation/education. We decided to go with the obvious immediate repair/replacement of the springs and in addition decided to replace the rollers which were visually in the beginning stages of failure. In the end the garage operation is smooth and quiet! Love it! Thank you Jason and Iconic for the quick response and professional quality service. Definitely recommending Iconic/Jason!

Very happy with Iconic garage doors. I don’t leave many reviews but on occasion a company really shines and earns some extra gratitude. From the first meeting getting a bid through to the in install we have been pleased with their performance. I would recommend Iconic garage doors to anyone needing new doors or work done.

He throughly explain what he was going to inspect. He was respectful, polite, and professional. After he did his inspection.
He explain what our options were for our garage repair. He answered every question we had in regards. When we chose our option for the garage repair.
He went straight to work on repairing the problem. He was a true professional. He didn’t try to take advantage and up sell us on something we didn’t need. Like the other garage companies that we consulted with prior. The company gave a discount for 1st responders which was a plus. It was great that Tyler was able to fix our garage door issue in a quick and efficient manner. I will be referring friends or family to Iconic for there garage issues. Our experience started with salesman Nathen. He was on time. Did not beat around the bush or up sell me something. Nathan knew his products and painted a clear picture on the process and what it will look like when completed. It was Dec 31st in afternoon and he instructed me that they could install on Friday the 2nd. I put my deposit down and Tell showed up on time and completed the job. Tell was friendly and repeated what Nathan said as far as work that would be completed. It was nice to have the guys on same page and know what they are talking about. I had plans and left Tell unsupervised to complete the install. He did a clean install. Picked up after himself and locked the house up without issue.

Iconic will be my go to for future garage door needs.

Our service expert Nick arrived on time and was very presentable and professional. We had a late evening garage door issue and were in need of service. Nick offered to come out as late as 8 p.m. to assist us although we declined as it was not an emergency. The offer of a rapid response was great either way. He arrived the next morning and quickly

We had an accident in our warehouse and our door was damaged pretty badly. Iconic Garage came out same day (literally within 2 hours), corrected our inoperable roll-up door & had our company back in business before we knew it. Sebastian, the owner, came and personally looked over the job as well as provided a full explanation as to what they were doing and why. The two techs (Kyle & Tyler) who came to complete repairs were professional, friendly and their uniforms gave them a sharp, clean appearance. We were very impressed with the level of service and the tech's attitudes. We were so happy with Iconic, we decided to have them out again to do a replacement on the couple panels they fixed so our warehouse door could gain back its aesthetic.
