Our garage spring broke today and we also had a bit of an emergency. Our car was being held hostage by our broken garage door! I called Iconic and once again Jay came to our rescue! This place has the most amazing customer service and they are honest! No high pressure sales just good service with a smile! Thank you Jay for being awesome!

S/W Angelina, she sent Jay who showed up on time scheduled, 4-6 he was very professional understanding and compassionate to how I was feeling at the moment. Didn't take advantage of us by saying replace entire door. Very satisfied with his work and professionalism and honesty a trade very rare to find in senior professional services. Our garage door suddenly wouldn’t open. Someone referred me to Iconic and I am so glad. Jay was here the same day; coming on his way home from work. He and Tyler installed a new garage door opener and even though it was late they took their time to make sure I understood everything I need to know. Highly recommend!!!!!

I have had garage door issues for quite awhile. Have had 2 other companies come here a total of 4 times. We stood up 3x Finally I found Iconic and they sent Lou here the same day! Great service and Lou taught us a lot of valuable information while doing the installation. Was really nice to make his acquaintance. I’m glad I made the call. Definitely top notch service! Jay came out and listened to me tell him about my problems with my garage door. He then explained to me what he could do to fix the problem and how much it would cost. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the products he installs. He fixed all my problems by installing new equipment. I am thrilled with the results. Definitely would recommend Jay again.

As always, Nick did a fantastic job! Nick is very courteous and knowledgeable. We had a tune-up scheduled ($29.95 special). Nick contacted us to say that he may be late. During the inspection, he discovered that the spring pad was pulling away from the wall. He corrected that issue and ordered parts for the surrounding seals.

Austyn came to fix our garage door opener that wasn’t working. He inspected the situation and told us that the locking mechanism wasn’t working properly and may fall again causing even more damage it was our choice to replace the opener and springs at this point in the life of the current system. He was quick and very courteous. And helped program the new devices, and left an immaculate workspace. would definitely recommend Austyn for future repairs.

Jay was excellent. His knowledge and friendliness was refreshing and he left the area as clean as it was when he started. He listened to what we wanted and quoted exactly what we wanted. The quote was fair and affordable. I will use them again in the future if I should have another such project. I would highly recommend Iconic and Jay!!

We love Iconic Garage Door! The service Jay provided was beyond what we expected. He was on the way home already and was dispatched to come out and help us last minute. Not only did Jay show up right away, I mean literally within half hour of our call, he arrived with a smile and great attitude, ready to help. From start to end, Jay’s service and attitude was just amazing. With this kind of service, We will NEVER go anywhere! We appreciate the impeccable service they provide time after time!

Quick & efficient booking, and fantastic service from our Service Tech - Jason K.! Jason was on-time (and called us prior to arriving), was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and informative. He assessed our door on a 'general tune-up' call-out, went over the complete report, the issues with the current door, (with photos) and our options. After suggesting a 'service' on our door wasn't recommended, he provided details on replacement compared to repairs needed, a catalogue of doors to review, and suggested we check around for options & compare pricing.

No high pressure sales, very genuine and thoughtful suggestions & options, and didn't charge for the service call. I would highly recommend Iconic Garage Doors, and we certainly will use them in the future!

The Iconic Garage Door Services employee that came to service our garage today, Jay Godfrey did a great job. He showed up during the window of time provided to us. He was professional and experienced in his work. He provided my husband with some tips that will have our garage working better during the winter and summer seasons. My husband asked him a question outside of his field and he didn’t hesitate to answer it. We will continue to use Iconic for our garage services. In addition, the staff in the office is always so friendly, professional and helpful when we call. They always communicate with us!!

We were very pleased with Iconic Garage Door Services! They came the same day we called, gave us a very reasonable price after quoting all our options and then completed the job quickly and efficiently. The technician was friendly and personable and patiently answered all our questions.

I just had Iconic come to fix a garage door issue for me again. This time they sent Logan, another great and knowledgeable person. I had them remove the existing door openers and put in new openers on the side of the garage doors. Logan took his time pointing out issues and offering solutions. When he came he took his time and did a great job. He then took the time to make sure all of the door openers, both hand held and in our cars, were fully programed and ready to go. He made sure his work area was cleaned up before leaving. If I have any other issues with Garage doors, I will be calling Iconic and I hope they will send Logan back.

I’m sure others say this, but I don’t normally leave reviews but definitely need to when it comes to my experience with Iconic Garage Doors. They were incredibly responsive, easy to schedule with, had immediate openings, kept me informed on arrival time, and showed up when they said they would. The service tech Jay was incredibly professional and went above and beyond on my repairs. Would highly recommend the company of you are in need of repairs or installation.

I was not in town and some family was staying at our home. Iconic Garage doors responded quickly and communicated every step of the way. Logan was our installer and he was the best! Called me 10 times over a 2 hour install to inform me what was happening and what changes they needed to make due to unforeseen issues. Over all I was very happy with the whole process and I would hire them again. They are a little pricey but after having to do this long distance and the warranty they offer, I would say they were worth it.

We had our garage door springs replaced by Iconic Garage Doors nearly five years ago. At the time, the service included a 10-year warranty. While I initially felt the price was on the higher side, we were in urgent need of repair and chose to move forward.

Yesterday, one of the springs broke, so I contacted Iconic to schedule a warranty service call. Under the terms of the warranty, the parts are covered and the customer is responsible for labor, which I understand and accept. The technician who came out was professional and courteous, and I appreciated his service. The repair took approximately 20 minutes; however, the labor-only charge totaled $206.

Given the limited time required to complete the repair, I found the labor cost to be excessive. Based on this experience, I will not be using Iconic for future services and would encourage others to compare pricing and service options before making a decision.

My garage door spring broke and when they came out we learned that the gear on the motor was very worn. So the decision was made to replace everything but the door. The guys went to work and were done in no time. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!! They will be my go to for all my garage door needs. My garage door now works so well and sooooo quiet. I had no idea a garage door could be so quiet. If you need a repair or replacement do not hesitate to call Iconic!! They are amazing, hands down!!! Customer service is what I look when dealing with a business and there’s was top of the line! Was very easy to schedule an appointment and then Bradley as well as the office kept me updated on when he would arrive. Bradley and Tyler did an amazing job!!
