Mike came out this morning and fixed our garage door. Not only did he fix the broken spring, but also inspected the rest of our garage door equipment and fine tuned everything. He is also a pleasant, great guy. Thanks for the great service.

My garage door quit working on Monday and they came out and looked at the opener and it was old and unrepairable. They came back on Tuesday and put a new opener in and it works so quiet and smooth. They helped me reprogram my car and were so polite, helpful and quick.

Repair tech Ryan R. was prompt on arrival, discussed repair and parts options before any work was performed. Service was done as prescribed and efficiently in a what seemed like a matter of minutes. Ryan made sure I was satisfied with the results before departing. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I know nothing about garage doors. But when mine made a loud 'boing' when it closed a few nights ago, I knew it wasn't good. I called their 24-hour service line.

Less than an hour later, Lonny called me from the alley. I turned on the interior garage light and Lonny immediately said my spring had broken and needed to be replaced. It took him around 45 minutes to replace it. He also lubed all hinges and replaced a missing bolt on one of the side rollers.

Lonny was respectful, courteous and also a bit witty. I was lucky to have this technician come to my place at 6:00 PM so I could go to work the following morning.

I will recommend this company to anyone who need garage door repair/installation to anyone. Lonny showed a level of service that all businesses should strive to achieve.

As a fellow business owner in the trades, I can confidently say the experience was top-notch. I have a large 16×14 overhead door and had a hard time finding a company willing to even take on the project. Back in March, I accidentally damaged my garage door and found ICONIC online. They quickly came out to help adjust the door so I could use it temporarily, all without any charge. We later ordered a new door based on their excellent recommendation, which was perfect for our neighborhood.

The new door arrived as scheduled at the end of April. After installation, I noticed a slight manufacturing defect (a small dent and crease), but since it didn’t affect functionality, I was happy to accept it. A few days ago, I received a surprise call from ICONIC saying they wanted to replace the defective panel! I was a bit confused since the door was working just fine, but today they came out, replaced the panel, and even changed a burnt-out light bulb for me!

I am so impressed and touched by their thoughtfulness. ICONIC is not only incredibly professional and high-quality, but they also always put their customers first. I’m beyond satisfied and feel they deserve all the praise!

Iconic garage door services are amazing! I was able to get a Saturday appointment so I didn’t have to miss work to have my garage fixed. Jay was my technician and the best.
