Stephen came out within minutes of garage door malfunctioning. He repaired two problems with the door sensor/remote (set up a new one) and the door itself (bracing that was needed). He did it all quickly and professionally. He even showed me how to manually prevent the door from opening on its own if the sensor on the remote goes bad again.

First of all he showed up earlier than expected. Secondly very polite and also very very knowledgeable. Third he replaced the springs and recommended replacing the cables, they were frayed. Fourth he unlocked the opener and adjusted everything to make sure sure it worked correctly! Don’t bother calling anyone else. He is the BEST!

Stephens Garage Door Service is great! Same day service and extremely reasonable pricing. I know if I’d called Precision to replace my keypad, electrical sockets on the garage door opener as well as getting an additional opener the price would have been almost doubled.

I had my garage door installed bt him and he did not install it correctly. He installed it into the drywall and not onto the stud causing it to collapse in time of ware and tare onto my new vehicle damaging it. DO NOT USE HIS BUSINESS EVER!
