I am extremely happy with the service I received from Brandon. He called from the road when he was on his way to my house and he arrived on time. It turned out on that I needed a new garage door opener and Brandon was very thorough at explaining why. He was very friendly, explained all of the features of the new opener and he did an excellent job installing the unit. He helped me to program the new unit and he told me that it was ok to call him on his cell if I had any questions after he left.
I would highly recommend Elite Garage Doors due to the excellent service received from Brandon!

Total rip off! Avoid at all costs!

My daughter backed into my garage door, which pushed it off the track. Then she put it up because she was freaking out and not thinking. My sister called elite and made an appointment for that night when I’d be home because they refused to come out if I wasn’t home. Juan came out and was very dramatic about my door! Told me I needed a whole new door because my door was trashed. The door wasn’t even bent. He wanted $300 just to pull it down. Then $4000 for a new door! When I refused to pay for a new door, he charged me $1800 to pull it down, replace the tires and put a metal bar across to keep it from bending. He was there less than an hour! I’m a single mom and feel like I was scammed because I’m a women and was concerned about leaving the door open over night.

I called another company said it would be 2 days called Elite and they came out same day earlier than predicted by dispatch. I had called them because my spring on door broke he walked me through all options. And pricing for each option and advised on different warranty options. He had the parts on the truck. The trip out to inspect and advise issue was free. Wonderful company will definitely have on my speed dial for future repairs and possibly future upgrades.

I called several garage door repair companies to fix the broken spring on my garage door. My car was stuck inside the garage and I had a doctor appointment in the afternoon. Nobody could help me the same day. Most places were booking appointments 3-4 days out. Precision Door had a repair tech to my house in less than 3 hours! The door was fixed in less than 2 hours. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the process and prices and quickly fixed my door. I highly recommend this company!

I called Precision when my garage door wouldn't open and I noticed the the spring had broken. I was unable to raise the door manually. They said they could get someone out to us in 2-3 hours which was fine. Sebastian, the repairman, called and was able to come a little early and he arrived just when he said he would. He looked at the problem and checked my other doors like I asked. Found a couple of other problems and explained them carefully and completely to me. I approved the work and he got to work immediately. Showed me what he had done and I was very pleased with his work. Very polite and professional. Very good experience from our point of view.

Requesting service with dispatcher was easy and informative. Showed up on time. The technician, David, was clearly experienced. He and Caleb fixed a detached rail (pulled completely out of the ceiling) and worn-out rollers in about an hour on the same day that I called. I liked that there were no emergency response or weekend charges, as they state they simply operate 24/7. I was also pleased that David talked me out of unnecessary charges when I questioned whether the springs should be replaced. He stated that although the springs had been painted - shouldn't do that - they were in good condition and would last for some time more. Nice to get good advice that is in my favor. The door now opens more smoothly and quietly than before. A morning crisis quickly became a no-hassle resolution. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

Scam Alert!!! Bait and Switch!!! I put a deposit on a new roller gate opener and then they called back 2 or 3 days later to say the residential model was out of stock with the supplier and was no where to be obtained for the next 8 weeks. I would have to wait 8 weeks for something that we agreed upon being delivered within 7 to 10 days of me having put the deposit. They offered the commercial version for only an additional $700.

I called the tech who gave the quote and told him I needed to cancel and that I found the same model out of state. I called the office 4 times and could never get the guy who could actually help me. They kept telling me he was on a call or down in the shop, but would call me in 5 minutes. He never did call, so I replied to the e-mailed quote and canceled the order requesting a refund of the deposit and then ordered from out of state just before the close of business.

They called back today and had "Magically" received 4 residential units that they didn't even "know where they came from". Also, he lied and said he was working out of the office, even though 2 people told me they had seen him in the office and would have him call me right back. Then told me they wanted to come out an install the residential unit as ordered. And although he had heard that I was trying to cancel the day before that cancelation actually was not possible since (news to me, nowhere in writing or verbally stated) deposits are now non-refundable. I tried to explain the process of offer and acceptance, where he said that he could not fulfill the order as offed was a breach and a counter offer which I had not accepted.

Well he was going to have to talk to the ownership and I let him know that I was going to have to call my credit card now. I have since reversed the charges and I will be calling AZ Attorney's office to report the bait and switch which is patently illegal.

Do not do business with these guys. If they would try to cheat me, they will try to cheat you.

Side note, their tech Don was nice, and personable, but I ended up replacing a $1 fuse on the controller board that had the gate began working fine. Can't believe I was nearly tricked into buying a whole new controller motor /controller when it was so easy to fix with a fuse from auto zone just up the street.

I had work done several months ago and was overcharged for the work. I was promised a refund and I waited and was promised they were going to refund part of the overcharged. Never happened. Please be aware they will overcharge you. Get other kids and don't fall for the same pressure of you have to have your door working right now. Not the most honest people.

Absolutely awesome experience, from the salesman to the installer. Very professional, I had 3 estimates & they beat them with a better product & less expensive to boot. The installer helped me with the remotes, my truck & the key pad. He took his time with me & made sure I understood everything before he left for his next appointment. If your looking for a garage door or a garage door opener, this is the company you need to call.. P.S. the Manager is fantastic as well..... Thanks Guys & Gal

Day 1
The tech came out to fix the garage door that would not go down because the cables kept getting tangled and unwound. He replaced the springs, and rollers. When he was done, the garage door still would not go down. He told me they needed to replace the retainer and seal because it was bent and the door was hitting the frame of the house. They would have to come back tomorrow. I would have appreciated an estimate before the work was started. They gave me the bill which was 3x more than I would have expected! If they would have given me that amount before, I would have gotten another opinion.
Day 2
The tech came out and replaced the retainer and called me and told me everything was good. When My wife got home the garage door opened fine, but it still would not close. The door was still hitting the frame of the house. She told me and I called to let them know. They said they would send someone out. I got home and when the tech got there he took photos of the door hitting the house and called his manager. He told me they would need to come back and fix it on Monday.
Day 5
I had called around 9:30 am to find out when the tech was coming, and they had not scheduled anybody to come out. When I let them know our garage door was not going down, they said they would send a tech out around 12:00pm maybe 1 in case he had problems with the previous install. I get home at 3 and no tech. At 4:30 I call them and they tell me their truck had broke down in Globe. The General Manager had told me he would guarantee someone would be out on Wednesday.
Day 7
The techs came out about an hour before they were scheduled. They had found that the original techs had mounted the rollers on the bottom of the door too low, thus not allowing the door to make the bend properly and not hit the frame of the house. The door is now working properly. We are not happy with the 1” gap between the door and the concrete. There is a rubber seal, but the retainer we had previously had had a piece of aluminum that cupped down over the gap. My opinion the original retainer was fine and was not hitting the frame. Not to mention all the hand prints across the door on the bottom. And to top it all off they had used and left my hammer laying outside the closed garage door. We are not impressed with the quality or service with this company!

I tried to call for pricing for some work for my garage door.
The first time I called, I was hung up on. So, I called back and was answered in a rude manner and tone. The person I talked to acted as if they didn't really want or need my business and seemed like they didn't want to "waste their time" to get me a simple and quick quote to diagnosis my garage door not shutting.

Seemed like they and didn't need or want the work because it wasn’t a high dollar job and offered a total system replacement in order for it to be worth their time to come out.

I called another company and not only were they fast and friendly, it was diagnosed as a worn-down sprocket chain, they gladly replaced it instead of offering to completely replace the whole system. Seems like this company is money hungry or operates based off emotions and opinions rather then client needs. I would never recommend.

The sales representative Jeff, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. When I shared with him that it was important to me to have the doors installed within a few days he assured me that if their installation crews were not available in that time frame that he would personally install them himself and he kept his word. I am very happy with the product and installation of my new garage doors. I would recommend Elite Garage Door to anyone.

A very simple and timely experience. Sent an a email, received a call back within and hour, new garage door opening unit was quoted and installed the next day. Very knowledgeable install crew. Provided many options and took the time to explain pros and cons to each one. I’ll likely get new doors in the next year or so, and Precision will definitely be my first call. Highly recommend.

We contacted Precision Door Service and asked if they would be able to come out quickly. They were able to accommodate us within a day. We are selling our home and needed to have the garage door repaired quickly so we could provide the information and paid invoice to the title and escrow companies as soon as possible in order for it not to be charged to us for repair. They came out when they said they would, assessed the problem and were able to not only tell us what the problem was but they took the time to show us so we knew exactly why our price was going to be what it was.
You may find a cheaper repair company in the Valley but you will not find a more professional, more reliable and considerate one. We are very happy with the work done. Thank you Precision Door Service

We were extremely pleased with our recent service experience with Elite. First, they made a sane day appointment. The service tech was actually early. After discussing and explaining our options in great detail. We made a decision which required an additional opener. The technician made arrangements to have what we needed shuttled to our place. The job was finished quickly. The tech knowledgeable and very efficient. The entire experience aided by a great service technician met even exceeded our expectations.

Elite Garage Doors and Gates
All I can say is wow; what a big difference in how my garage door works. After 13 years my garage door mechanism finally failed and I decided to call Elite Garage Doors and Gate as they were referred to me by a friend. They arrived and diagnosed the problem immediately.
Mr. Martin Steele arrived and introduced himself and the other technician. After doing a full inspection of my system I was told that it was in my best interest to have the motor assembly replaced. Mr. Steele and his assistant was very pleasant, courteous and very professional. Looking at these guys work I could tell that they were very knowledgeable.
Once the job was completed, they showed my wife and I everything we needed to know about the new system. They made sure we fully understood the capabilities of the new motor. Before leaving Mr. Steele and his assistant made absolutely sure that my garage area was cleared of all debris and dirt.
I would 100% recommend Elite Garage Doors and Gate to anyone looking for that type of service. I love how quiet my garage door is now.

My husband and I were happy with the price and the service. Precision came the same day we called to give us a quote. Our garage door was a special order and should have taken 2-3 weeks for delivery according to other quotes we had. Precision was able to get the door completed and installed in less than a week! Our installer was very skilled and cleaned up after the install as well.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with the recent purchase and interactions I had with Precision! I had a friend run into my garage door on Memorial Day weekend, and needed a replacement FAST. I contacted them Tuesday afternoon, and by Wednesday morning I had a tech at my house explaining what was required! The very next day I had the install tech there taking down the old door and putting the new one up!

Precision was:
- Fast (They had technicians to me quickly after I contacted them, the entire process took only 3 days!)
- Polite (No rude language, no talking over my head in terms I didn't understand, and the installer kept his music to a very reasonable volume for the duration of the installation.)
- Clean & Tiday (the install tech made it look like he had never been there, minus the fantastic new door of course!)

Overall I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Precision to anyone! As a matter of fact, I have already, at work and at home! I truly appreciate the hard work they did! Thank you!

Update 12/2021: new garage door installed and looks and operates great. Professional and competent install team of 2 people. Only odd thing was that I had to reach out to them to ask for an update on delivery/install timing after the original timeframe had passed by a couple weeks. Within an hour I received a call from them to schedule install. Maybe they are just short staffed and prioritizing the folks who pester them? But overall was a painless process and I would definitely use Elite again.
August 2021: Can only comment on sales & ordering process so far — which has been great. Jeff was responsive and patient with my endless questions and made another trip to our house on a Sunday to confirm selections with samples. Will add/update review after delivery & install.

You may be able to find somebody to do the work cheaper, but our garage door was repaired the same day I made the call. Josh, the installer, knew what the problem was after about 5 minutes. He was efficient and replaced what was needed with higher quality parts than the original. After a few small adjustments everything worked properly.

The only reason they’re getting a two star and not a one is because the tech that came out was actually nice, professional and courteous. The manager or owner in the shop, however, was the worst. Got all new equipment that has excellent reviews. Contacted them to help finish setting it up and they tried upselling me on over $12,000 worth of unnecessary equipment, because apparently everything including the gate is subpar to their standards. Absolute joke and waste of time. Got another company to come out and complete set up. Would much rather give my business to people that aren’t pretentious.
