Conner was awesome! He deserves a raise.? He was very patient and explained everything in detail. He was even patient with my 90 year old mom who had tons of questions regarding security. Dixie is lucky to have Conner as an employee.

Excellent! Thomas is competent, professional, knowledgeable, and had a good rapport with us. Every interaction with Dixie was professional and pleasant from the initial call through the service provided. That made buying a new electric door opener an easy decision.

We have a service contract with United Heating and Air for twice yearly HVAC inspections. And used their plumbing and electrical services. We've never been disappointed with them. The priority HVAC service option was utilized twice in the last decade during summer outages. So we're familiar with value of that kind of contract.

So when Thomas described Dixie's comprehensive service contract the Mrs. and I considered it, and signed up. I've seen Dixie Electric in and out of the Folsom Building state offices when I worked there. I'm familiar with the quality of work.

To summarize it all, your service and employees are great. And having the service contract is a "no-brainer."

Conner and Q did an absolutely amazing job installing our garage door. We have a somewhat unusual situation that required a lot of nonstandard work. They helped us get the right door and track for our application, and then they both stayed very late to finish everything. We are so happy with their work!

The customer service was great, as well as the technician. The cost of replacing garage door springs was significant. While I’ve always to supported Dixie, previously Harris Overhead Door, you may want to shop around to compare prices.

I was extremely pleased with Trevor’s work. He arrived on time and explained the cost of repairing my garage door. He completed the job in a timely manner. Now my door operates as quietly as a mouse! I whole heartily recommend Trevor and Dixie Overhead Door.

If review was based on the tech only I would have given 5 stars. The 3 stars is because of the receptionist or whomever answered the phone the day of the estimate. I wasn't impressed with the lady that called letting me know Trevor M was on his way. I also was told 20-30 minutes he would be here, didn't arrive for well over an hour past then. This is the girls fought NOT the tech! I told the girl 65 was backed up for many many miles not moving. She was suppose to let him know and she did not. He was stuck in that traffic when it could have been avoided with a different route. Now Trevor Meador gets 5 stars. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The company had compatible pricing. We would use this company again

Once again, Trevor did an outstanding job. He and the manager resolved the issue and reminded me to register the device at my home. They always provide the best service possible.

Trevor and Zack were wonderful. I really appreciate them coming out to provide a service on the date the request was made. While it is always best to schedule your appointment at least a few days in advance, sometimes the unexpected happens.
