Not incredibly impressed. Called twice to verify the amount for the job and when they showed up they said it was going to be $100 more, not adding any additional work to the original quote. While cleaning a huge cloud of dust blew into the living room all over our furniture. They never advised us to cover them and didn't take precautions against this. After they left there was dirty foot prints from their shoes and dust all over the house and I spent the rest of the day deep cleaning the entire house. Not a good experience at all.

Rep on the phone did not explain the services very well. The total ended up being almost $100 more than what she told me it’d be then they told me I need to do the full furnace service (which would be another $500) otherwise the vent service which I hired them for would be pointless. Would’ve been nice if the rep had explained that to me considering they charged me a $75 “service fee” for coming out to the property then explaining that their services today would be useless if I didn’t pay another $500+. The rep that came to the house (Jeff) was kind, but all in all this was a bad experience. Would not recommend this company. $75 gone with no work done.
