Conner was punctual and very knowledgeable during my service appointment. This is the third time my garage door has been looked at and I feel like he is the ONLY one that checked EVERYTHING!! Not only did he check it all but he did an excellent job explaining what he found. I’ll definitely using him and his company for all my garage door needs in the future.

Conner tried everything he could to get the remote to work. He was more than great. Ten stars for him. Bree helped me get my appointment. You could hear her smile over the phone and she was more than helpful. Most receptionist are lifeless over the phone. No personality.Bree was sweet and funny. And very helpful. Ten stars for her too!.

Excellent service! I contacted Dixie about a problem with my garage door and they sent someone within the hour. Connor came out and was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and gave me my options. I had Connor come back and install garage door openers for all my doors and he did an outstanding job. If I ever needed service in the future, I would request him and I’d recommend him to anyone.

My garage door springs broke. Dixie responded to my call and sent a technician out the same day. The technician, Trevor, was courteous and knowledgeable. Repaired the issue in an hour. Great service. Highly recommend.

I was informed by phone when Conner and his associate would arrive. They got to my house at the appointed time. They both were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Conner diagnosed the problem with my garage door in seconds and clearly explained what that problem was. I was given three different options for the repair. I was told what parts needed to be replaced and how long the repairs would take. When I was told they could do the repairs that day, I informed them that due to the time, it would be more convenient if it could be scheduled for another day when I arrange my work schedule to be home for a longer period. They cheerfully made an appointment for another day. That day has not arrived, but I know the repairs will be made correctly. Dixie replaced my a/c system last year and was equally pleased with the technicians and the people who answered my phone call. Dixie is the best!

Part 2. Conner and Q came yesterday and completed the repairs. My garage door works much better than when it was new. Very happy with repairs

Nice technicians but extremely overpriced. $941 to replace two springs and a bracket. The spring replacement was $800 and at least 3-4 companies in the area and will do that for half the price (average cost is $375). I knew the cost up front and agreed so it's not like it was hidden costs but I regret not pricing it until friends told me I paid way too much. It'd be easier to swallow if it was $100-$150 difference but knowing I paid $400 over the average is disheartening. If you are reading this before getting service, be smarter than I was and shop around before accepting the extremely high overprice. I learned my lesson.

I placed a service call to have my garage door repaired. When they arrived they immediately said I needed a new door without even looking at the problem because of the age of the door. They never attempted to fix anything - they just went into sales mode. I called a different company to get a second opinion and they came out and knew exactly what needed to be done and repaired the door easily. What a waste of a “service” fee.

Dixie and the service technician, Trevor, did an outstanding job today in servicing my garage. Trevor quickly identified the issue and provided a swift resolution that was effective and affordable. I am thankful that Dixie- through Trevor- truly “cares”!

Thomas was very knowledgeable and did a thorough door inspection. He was very professional and polite and will be the first person I will call for garage door repair.

I received an immediate appointment. Mr. Thomas Thompson and his colleague arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and installed the needed equipment. He and his colleague explained the process prior to any work being completed. I was impressed at how quickly they arrived and their attention to detail.
