We were so happy with the service they provided on my AC at home, we called them again for service at a new business my wife and I acquired. The seller made no mention of the Heating unit not working when we closed this January. I later found out someone came out before and quoted him $5000 for a replacement!

I called Allatoona H&A and they came out same day. The tech found a faulty wire and replaced in within an hour. Even recommended some filtration options to better circulate the air within our nail salon. Heater unit works just fine! Total cost: $214 It was a lifesaver and happened right before this most recent snow and cold front.

Got lucky this time because that big bill could have easily fallen on me. Can't say enough good things about them and I feel very fortunate to have a company close by that operates with skill and integrity. ALWAYS call these guys for a second opinion, or better yet, first and save yourself the time!

Mark and his team provided a quick and affordable quote for a new HVAC system. Once I accepted the quote, they quickly scheduled the install and performed the work on-time. Very professional and friendly technicians. I will use them again.

My name is Rachel. I am very displeased with the service of this company! Had my entire system replaced by this company in 2020, and it has went out two years in a row!
Last year the flux capacitor went out and it took them about a month to come fix with it being under warranty (Mid April so it was already in heat temperatures).
Same time this year the unit goes out again, but they don’t even have record of coming out to fix from last year!
Receptionist tells me they have to charge a service fee to have someone come diagnose it. I choose to have a family friend that owns another company come out to make sure it wasn’t just a breaker issue or something simple. The other company tells me it’s the compressor. I call this company back to tell them another company diagnosed it as the compressor and another receptionist tells me one of their tech can come double check it free of charge.
Have their technician come out to look at it and come to find out it is in fact the compressor. I am told by the technician on my porch that it’s covered under warranty and they would be calling me real soon. I never got the call. I called multiple times within a two week span to see what the update was on the part they were ordering and then I’m told it’s on back order. But the fact that I have to call them to get updates was crazy. I even tell them I have two young children in the home with me and temperatures of almost 90 degrees were being read in my thermostat. After another week I get a call that the part should be here within the next week. So now we are on week 3 of waiting. The next Monday rolls around (May 2,2025), and I’m told the part is in and we can schedule the installation of the part. The woman on the phone then tells me she will send over a quote. I mention that a price was never told to me and that it was covered under the warranty. She tells me the part was covered but I would have to pay labor of $1200, for the part to be installed, that I have now waited almost a month for. I am frustrated and so she tells me she will have the owner call me to clear things up. That was on May 2, and I still haven’t heard back from the company. Very unprofessional, and have no sympathy for the fact that myself and my two young children are suffering in a heat held home. I don’t know why I was told one thing by a technician at my home while it was being diagnosed, just to have someone very rude at reception tell me another. I will never use this company again!!!! The only reason I was going to stay with this company is because my unit has a warranty on it, but this company is making it nearly impossible to get what is owed to me and has been wasting my time.

I have used Allatoona Heating and Air for 15 years. They have done work on 7 homes for me and have replaced multiple full units as well as countless repairs on units over the years. They do always do a fantastic job and are very reasonably priced. They are extremely reliable and always get the job done right the first time. I have referred them to my family and friends for years and will continue. They all do great work but I’ll give a special shout out to Rob as he has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and just an overall a pleasure to have in my homes.

I called Allatoona H&C at 10:30 and someone was at my house by 2. They looked around a bit and knew what exactly what was wrong immediately. 10 minutes later my AC was on again. The technicians were super cool and even played with my dogs and answered a bunch of questions i had about my HVAC system. I was super impressed and really appreciated them squeezing me into their schedule. Highly recommend!

Robert is so nice and very thorough. He found a slight clog in a drain hose and fixed it immediately. He also gave me the expiration dates on my equipment so I can be aware of its lifetime expectancy. he also pointed out my thermostat is 2° off so now I know how to adjust for the temperature I want.

Very approachable, very knowledgeable, very nice man knew exactly what he was doing and very fast and fixing what he needed to do. I would recommend him to anybody. His name is Andy.

Our HVAC unit needed a tricky repair that took multiple visits. The administrative staff and technicians were all very gracious and responsive. The billing was generous, given that several trips were necessary. We are very impressed!!

Each phone call was answered if they were closed and on time when they say the time period. They work to get to the close reason of the issue we had and fix it . Always friendly and courtesy.

I called after hours and they were able to have a technician out at 9 am the never morning. He was knowledgeable and polite. He did a great job and got me up and running again quickly.

Sean was great. He turned up on time, and was able to efficiently unblock the drain on my cellar cooler and give it a preventative maintenance. He and his colleague even cleaned up and dried the floor, where the cooler had been leaking - wonderful service! I have used Alatoona H & C a few times now and they have been great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Mark and his people go out of their way to help people when they can. My daughter's service goes to the top of the list because they know he husband is bed ridden with MS and heat and cold really affects his health.

They service 3 houses for my family and have replaced all 3 systems at a reasonable price and in a timely manner.
