James did an excellent job. Not only did the service on the units, but took the time to repair a couple of other things before they caused a problem. He also helped us with a programming issue that we were having trouble with on the thermostats. Highly recommend Edwards Heating & Air

Billy with Edwards Heating & Air always does a good job servicing our two home HVAC systems. He is helpful and patient when I have hvac questions and Edwards is a reliable company that responds quickly if there is an issue with the hvac systems. I recommend them.

Billy was able to diagnose a difficult issue with our A/C, saving us from having to spend $$$$ on a new unit. He was very friendly and professional. We have been with Edwards for 20+ years at 2 different homes. They are a great company.

We moved to a new home last summer and just had Edward's come out today for our first yearly maintenance. I am so pleased with the service. Hayden was polite, patient and thorough. I had many questions since we have 2 traditional systems and one heat pump system. One of the traditional systems is a complicated (but efficient) Carrier Infinity. He answered all of my questions and did an exceptionally thorough job on inspecting and adjusting all of the units. I also had him install a new programmable thermostat in place of an old manual one.

I will surely keep Edward's as my heating and air company for future maintenance, repairs and replacements. From my experience, I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience, arrived on time, tech David was professional and courteous and I appreciated that very much. He didn't recommend extra things or try to upsell. He explained clearly what the issue was and what my options were and answered all of my questions in an open manner. I will definitely use them again.

Bryan came on an after hours service call. I called 7 companies explaining that my A/C was leaking water and we had it coming through our ceiling, from the attic! At 7:30 I finally found Edwards - and they patched me through to Bryan. He was 1.5 hours away, and said it would likely be 9pm before he could arrive, but because of what was happening to our home (and everyone else saying it would be 2 days till they could send someone out, he drove all the way to us and was able to solve the problem and get our A/C up and running in 30 minutes!

I would highly recommend Edwards and especially Bryan for their prompt, courteous and professional efficiency in solving this A/C issue in the middle of July, in Atlanta!

He cleaned up after himself, and operated quietly enough that our daughter slept through the entire project!

I recently had Edwards Heating and Air in for maintenance. While the service itself was fine, my biggest frustration was their lack of basic courtesy. They had to cut into the sheetrock in the ceiling but did not provide any plastic or drop cloths to protect my home. This is an area where my pets eat, and after their first visit, I learned that I should move everything or it would be covered in chunks of Sheetrock and dust.
In fact, the technician even asked me for something to cover a piece of furniture—why isn’t this something they provide? For a professional service, I expected more care to protect my home and belongings.

Edwards heating and air is the best company and we have used them for years! Mike did an excellent job today with our winter service and we appreciate it so much!

SCOTT is the man. We called to get a second opinion after a horrible first visit with a big box company that claimed to be a mom and pop type and completely focused on upselling. Scott came in fixed the issue and we now have warranty with him because of how well he did. Transparency, honesty and experience goes a long way and if you’re looking for that call Edward’s and ASK for Scott.
