I recently had a new furnace and AC unit installed by Allatoona Heating & Cooling, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. The installers, Josh and Gordon, were exceptional—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Josh took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and demonstrated a strong work ethic by working diligently to ensure everything was done perfectly. Gordon was also fantastic, working efficiently and meticulously to get the job done right, while maintaining a clean work area throughout the process. Both of them showed great attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. Thanks to their expertise and teamwork, my home is now comfortable and energy-efficient. I highly recommend Allatoona Heating & Cooling—and especially Josh and Gordon—for their outstanding service and craftsmanship!

Josh and Rusty arrived, introduced themselves, went to work, were efficient and very friendly, explained what they did using photos and provided excellent service.

Allatoona Heating & Cooling responded in person within an hour of our call. Checked out our problem, got parts and came back. The best people and service a customer could want. Their service is fast, stay in touch and very reasonable charge. So happy we found them.

Woke up to no heat on the main floor and it was in the teens outside. Called and they had someone (apologies, can’t remember his name) out within a couple of hours. He checked everything and discovered a thermostat glitch. Super nice, knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use again for future needs. Thank you!!

I've called these guys a couple times now. Both times issues were resolved first call for a reasonable price. Recently called Edwards out for an emergency issue that they were ultimately unable to resolve. CJ resolved the issue first trip.

I can’t believe it took me almost a year to write this review, but I’ve felt grateful for Allatoona Heating & Cooling every single season since.

Our AC went out last spring, and it quickly turned into a stressful situation. We had an older unit that needed a replacement part, and we were stuck trying to decide whether to repair it and hope the unit lasted a few more years, or move forward with replacing the entire system. To make things more complicated, the unit was discontinued, the part became nearly impossible to find, and replacing the system suddenly meant navigating newer equipment requirements we hadn’t planned for.

Allatoona was clear, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. When it became obvious that repairing the unit wasn’t going to be a realistic long-term solution, I called back to explain what we were facing during what was already a challenging season for our family.

I’m so glad I did. The owner took our call, listened carefully, and worked with us to move forward in a way that felt more than fair, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. It was an enormous blessing during a very stressful time, and something we will never forget.

The system has been flawless ever since, providing both heating and air without a single issue. This most recent cold spell just reminded me again how thankful I am — not only for the unit itself, but for the peace of mind, solid warranty, and confidence we have in the company behind it.

In the heat of the summer our main level AC system decided that 30 years was long enough. I had these guys come out, and after looking at the system we did a total replacement. Josh came out the morning of install day, and knocked it out of the park. Very professional looking, great quality installation. And this new system is so powerful! Thank you again!

I do not know who does the hiring at Edwards Heating and Air but everyone they send out are top-notch individuals, and same goes for the office personnel. Today we had the pleasure of having Chad check our AC/Heating units and I don’t know how anyone could be any better. Professional and personable, he is welcome here anytime, and I would give Edwards the highest of recommendations. Another 5 stars for Edwards!

I don’t know how long we have used Edwards ( a few years now) and they have given us top-notch and prompt service since Day One. Everyone that has represented Edwards, both here at my home and in the office has been great ! Today’s visit we had an extremely friendly representative ( Brian) that did great work with a smile. He is another excellent representative of this company and would welcome him any time we need professional and conscientious service. Bryan showed up on time, with a window, and then a courtesy call 45 min in advance. He didn’t just fix the problem, he went and found the root cause. Very quick - his depth of knowledge allowed him to be diligent and impactful very quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I chose Edwards heating & air because they had the best price for a new condensor & coil. Turns out their staff is great too! Luis & Jackson were both very kind, personable and knowledgeable with getting my new equipment up and running. They went the extra mile for me with a positive attitude and I love that! 5 star customer service displayed by these two gentlemen & they work so good together as a team. Thanks guys!
