From the meeting with Shaun Ansell, to the installation with Jason and Isai, it was so professionally done! I highly recommend doing business with this company. No price gimmicks like some other companies, just fair and honest professionals, ready to do the job.
I had a 20 year old Trane system that rotted and had gotten extremely moldy. I was not in a position to re-do a whole system, but Shaun worked with me and we found a way to make it work. I now have a new AC and furnace. One other very important note is that the company sent notice that the tech was on his way(with tracking and a photo of who was coming).What a wonderful added security point!

I am a member with Dayco Systems and my plan includes two HVAC maintenance visits per year. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing.
I initially called to schedule my second visit for January 3 with a 10am–2pm window, but due to an apparent scheduling error(Jan 3 was a weekend date), the appointment was moved to January 5 without clear notice. I did not receive an arrival window until 8am on Jan 5, when I was suddenly given an 8–10am window the same day. This last-minute notification forced me to urgently rearrange my schedule and caused significant inconvenience.
After the inspection, the technician recommended several repairs. I agreed to replace one component due to mold, but because I would not be home afterward, I was told I needed to complete the payment $1200 at front. I asked to pay after the repair was completed and confirmed, which is common with other home service providers. Instead, I was required to leave my credit card information on file, this company was overly aggressive about collecting payment, especially when many other home service providers simply send a payment link after the job is done and let the customer pay directly.
Lastly, after the visit was completed, I didn't receive a detailed service summary, which is normally standard for HVAC maintenance visits.
Overall, the poor communication, last-minute scheduling, aggressive payment handling, and lack of documentation made this a very unpleasant experience, especially as a paying member.

Alex was very helpful with assessing the issue and providing options for a solid repair. Dayco Systems was my second opinion after Berry Good HVAC stated that I’d need to replace the entire unit in order to resolve the issue since the replacement part was no longer available. Dayco Systems provided a much more affordable option as the part was indeed available and I’m grateful for their second opinion.

Our original HVAC vendor retired and their number redirected us to Dayco. We'd heard of them and seen their trucks so gave them a chance. Technician came out to look at our furnace which was very old, they explained the problem and the options. We chose to replace it with a new system after a visit from a sales person from among a few options presented and they installed it next day. The whole experience was fast and easy and low pressure and every single person we met was knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly reco them for anyone looking for similar help. Glad we gave them a call.

This will be more of a testimony than a review. Will try to make it as elaborate as possible.

This month we had total HVAC replaced and new ones installed by Dayco Systems. Our existing Carrier systems were 10 and 12 years old, installed and maintained by previous owners of the house for most part of their lifetime. They were out of warranty and had started showing problems with expensive parts breaking down frequently. Among them were blower motor, inducer motor, thermal exchange valve and evap coil.

We hence decided to go for discarding the existing ones and replacing them with new setup completely. Quotes were invited from three companies, Dayco Systems being among them, and they eventually won the contract.

Want to mention a few solid reasons backing up our decision, hoping others can benefit from it.

1. Thorough estimation: Dayco did not just quote prices for new equipment. They performed a health inspection of the ductwork too. They produced the most technically rich and compelling estimate.
2. Options: Dayco's estimate suggested several options to choose from, and the comfort advisor was very kind with addressing all our questions.
3. Technically sound comfort advisor: the gentleman, Mr. Lynn Holleman, was patient, and gave ample time both at our house and at his office to collect data, run tests and produce recommendations. His approach was detailed and convincing.
4. No push sale: unlike many other companies, Dayco did not push for an immediate response from us to their quotes, or provide gimmicks such as "next day installation discounts". We liked that.
5. Competitive quotes: we opted for Daikin systems. Variable speed inverter AC condensers with two-stage furnaces. The prices were absolutely competitive. Also liked the company's approach with explaining the background on the R32 refrigerant offered by Daikin.

After the estimation session we were almost convinced that this company emphasized a lot on technicals, measurements, ratings and a principal of doing things right. Pricing, and contract finalization was easy, thanks again to Mr. Holleman.

Now coming to the actual installation job.

Crew of 4 arrive on the day, and get started on the job. I would like to call out each of them for a phenomenal job that they did:

1. Mr. Patrick: leader of the crew. Spent almost the entire period in the attic. Years of experience and an urge to deliver a technically good and healthy setup was very evident. He will not leave a work until it gets DONE RIGHT! Hats-off to his spirit and hard work!
2. Mr. Jeff: always patiently answering all my questions while at work. Continuously in touch with me for inputs wherever and whenever needed. Once again, very very meticulous about his work and having very high standards of workmanship. He has handled some very tough pieces of the job almost all by himself.
3. Mr. Jacob: very optimistic and hard working person, almost full-time engaged to Patrick in the attic. Professional, with the same level of spirit and a smiling even 10 o'clock at night as he had at 10 o'clock in the morning. Great job, Jacob.
4. Mr. Seth: a very strong, hard walking young man relentlessly assisting the others wherever needed.

Mr. Holleman's involvement with the crew on the days of installation was exemplary. He was onsite several times to answer any questions the crew had and help them with materials that were needed adhoc.

As I have mentioned, the scope of work was not just installation of new equipments, but also completely new ductwork (most of it). There were new return vents, new plenum boxes, upgrades to existing ducts, new sealings, new line sets, new outlets - and a number of other work which Dayco did not even charge us for but recommended from the perspective of good health and proper functioning of the HVAC systems.

I want to conclude by giving Dayco a solid 6 stars out 5. 5, for the outstanding work, and an extra for all things they gave which money cannot buy.

Tyler is the absolute best plumber. He installed a new water heater and kitchen faucet. He snaked some drains and fixed a bathroom sink. I am so glad I found a plumber I can trust. Pricing was reasonable. Great job Dayco in employing such an excellent, knowledgeable person to represent the company.

Dayco is full service HVAC and plumbing. I do regular maintenance on my Water heater and recently had my Anode Rod replaced. For those that do not know: An anode rod in a water heater is a sacrificial metal rod, usually made of magnesium or aluminum, designed to attract corrosive elements in the water. By corroding in place of the steel tank, it helps prevent rust and extends the life of the water heater. Replacing the anode rod every few years is beneficial because once it’s fully consumed, the tank itself will begin to corrode, potentially leading to leaks and costly replacements. After experiencing a failure of a previous water heater years ago, and the flooding of my basement, I ensure this gets changed regularly. Check out the new Rod verse the old one. Great Job Travis and the Dayco team.

Our hot water heater died in the evening and we found Dayco through Yelp. I filled out their form and got an email asking when I would like a free estimate - (ASAP!). It was a 20 year-old water heater and the tank had worn out - so when Tyler came the next day around noon, there wasn't much to diagnose. He explained all our options and gave us a good price for a very good replacement. We said 'go!' and we had a new heater in about four hours. He also explained a few mistakes the previous installer had made with some of the plumbing (the reserve tank was on the wrong side of the valve and the plastic tubes were too close to the exhaust valve, which could have melted them).
Anyway, Tyler was awesome - very professional, very proficient, very personable, and able to explain everything to someone who's definitely not a plumber.
Can't recommend Dayco (and Tyler!) highly enough. Will definitely be calling again if we need anything else in the future.

I just had Dakoda come out from Dayco to check our furnace because it wasn’t working this morning, He was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He checked the unit and told me what was wrong. He fixed the problem and gave some information about the future of the furnace that was 22 years old. After talking with Dakoda, I felt extremely confident, that any future work, with Dayco, will be quality work. I feel I can trust Dakoda and Dayco to do the right thing. I was Very satisfied with this company. I, highly recommend Dayco and, especially, Dakoda.

Tyler replaced 2 toilets for us. He did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also checked are faucets and drains for leaks and pressure. We will not hesitate to use Dayco and Tyler again. We have used Dayco for our HVAC for 5 plus years. Great company!

Great company, excellent people! Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year. We had a quote and good information from Shaun that same day, and the whole HVAC replacement and installation was finished ahead of schedule. Installers were great, as have been service calls, and scheduling with their office. Equipment is excellent. Highly recommended!

Update: there have been some weather-based complications with our new unit, since installation. Dayco has gone above and beyond to make everything just right. Today, Jon was out to the house and he expertly diagnosed, explained, and repaired the problem. This company is not only great on the front-end, their follow-up is equally outstanding!

Dayco systems came out to do routine maintenance on my HVAC system today, and I was blown away with the amazing job that they did. Cory D was absolutely fantastic. He was thoughtful, efficient, and very helpful in answering my questions on our system. He took pictures and walked me through key details on the maintenance and systems, and he was happy to talk through any other questions that I had. He even swapped out the batteries in the thermostat for us when he noticed that they were low. Cory D did an amazing job and made me a loyal customer to Dayco.
