This company was a no show to my most recent appointment. No communication. No apology and then the next day, conflicting messaging from the individual cleaner and the company. In the end, I received poor customer service and eventual seizing of all communication. Proceed with caution.

Sherry and Alysia were great to work with and very responsive to my apartment move out cleaning. I will be using them for regular cleaning of my new place from now on

They did an absolute terrible job. It looks like a blind man cleaned it. She also had an attitude on the phone. The kitchen was a mess, and no, it’s not a fake review. Absolutely not worth the money.

Cleaning was ok. Not to my standards, but my standards are pretty high. There was a film left on most surfaces and I had to go back over a lot and vacuum again. Girls were sitting around waiting in laundry to wash when there was still stuff to clean and they told me they were done. They did go back and mostly finish though. I would use again only if in a pinch.

I used One Stop Household Services for the first time last week. The team they sent was on time, very nice and efficient. Although a few details were missed, they completed a walk through with me, took notes on all of my comments and revisited the areas I felt were missed. Will be using One Stop again.
