Mr Connor was awesome. He was very friendly, professional and informative. He explained the process, what we needed and didn’t need. He was very honest and I totally appreciated him. Everything looks amazing and I’ll be having him back for duct cleaning soon.

Technician arrived smelling like weed. Cleaned an oversized living room, 3 bedrooms, and a hall. From the time he arrived at my door and left was less than 30 mins. Did not do a thorough job of cleaning. A fairly obvious spot near my French door was completely overlooked. I should have just booked with Stanley Steemer. Very disappointed.

After leaving my review, I received an email stating someone wanted to speak with me about the service I received. I called the number and spoke to someone who left a message for the person/supervisor who wanted to speak with me. That was 8 days ago and no one has called me back. That sealed the deal. I will never use Zerorez again.

Zerorez has come to my home before and every time I'm never disappointed. The technicians are always professional and do amazing work. During my walk through I noticed a few stubborn spots that were seemingly gone with the initial clean before they moved on to the next room, but slightly noticeable after it dried some and without hesitation they immediately jumped on it and hand cleaned the areas!! My technicians were Ali and Edly. They are top tier!

Amazing service. Technicians were timely, super professional and detailed. Walked me through the air duct cleaning process, took before and after pictures, and were careful with hvac equipment. Overall, not a pricey service. Will be using ZeroRez aa my main service for cleaning out ducts.

Elijah did a good job today cleaning our carpeted areas of the home. He was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. And the cost was good to clean 4 rooms.

Mike came to the house and introduced himself. Next thing I know my carpets were spotless with great patterns. I would definitely recommend this company and will surely be using them again. Thanks Mike.

My service technician, Thomas, was absolutely fantastic. He ratws a 10+. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to listen regarding the pet stains before he started. He worked effectively and efficiently, removed the stains on my new carpet, and offered suggestions to keep the carpet in like new condition.

He was very early, but waited a short time until I was ready and the job was finished, and he was on his way to the next job before my job was even scheduled to begin.

I will call and ask for Thomas specifically in the future.

My only complaint is that zerorez had a special going, I only needed one room cleaned, but had to meet a minimum price point.

Having one room cleaned was $131...
Because my carpet is brand new, I only needed the room with the stains cleaned and did not want to clean any others at this time.

Zenorez was prompt and professional. My guy Terrence was knowledgeable and thorough cleaning our upstairs carpet with precision and carefulness not banging furniture and so forth. I would highly recommend using them for your needs

Look no further! Zerorez did an excellent job on my carpets today. The technician thoroughly explained and recommended different services and took care of the carpets in an efficient but timely manner. I would highly recommend to schedule an appointment with them. Shane did a fantastic job of making our two largest rooms and two staircases look and smell amazing. In two hours, he removed over 95% of the stains. No process is likely to remove 100% but we are more than happy with the results and would recommend Shane and Zerorez.

Just had my carpet cleaned today by Zerorez. It looks awesome and smells wonderful. Marquis was my technician and did an amazing job. He explained everything, answered all my questions and was very professional. I will use them again.

The technician came later than expected but overall I’m happy with the service I received he was very friendly and I’m happy with the results.

Just had my carpet cleaned again by Zerorez. Tobias was the technician. He explained everything to me(cleaning process and time and how to dry). He took great care in the home removing his shoes from being outside, etc. They have cleaned before for me, friends and relatives. I would use them again and definitely request Tobias!!

Today was the first time I've used Zerorez, and I have to say they will always be my go-to for my carpet needs. My technician, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable about my carpet needs. Amazing service today ZeroRez! My carpet looks and smells fantastic! We were able to add a tile floor today as well. I appreciate the professionalism from ZeroRez technicians that came out today. (Juwan & Julio ). I would defined recommend them and plan to have them back for more services soon.

I have used zerorez many times since moving to Georgia. They are thorough and produce quality work with results that last to the next cleaning that is I have no problem with them They are and will be my choice for carpet cleaning. I want to have them start doing my sofas next!

I decided to use Zerorez after seeing the 4.9 reviews thinking they must be good. They came out cleaned my carpet, and after leaving, I noticed that the blue hose they used rubbed off on my trim and scratched two of the walls out of the three rooms they cleaned. I called and was told that a manager would call me back. I had to call again and then finally someone got back to me who said, they would come this morning. No one showed up so far. Now know why they don’t accept American Express because if they do damage to your property or if there’s any issues, there’s no recourse and the manager that called me did not sound like someone who is willing to do anything other than try to appease you in his conversation. I would not use them again and to top it off, the carpet was brand new, except for a couple of spots from movers and some of the spots are still there… Definitely not a 4.9 rating!

Pretty expensive service to not be able to remove some pretty basic pet stains. Paid close to $700 for two bedrooms and a couch (with a discount and special applied). The job was completed in 30 minutes and I’m not sure if that’s a positive or negative, but I’m clearly in the wrong line of work. However, the technician that serviced my home was professional and the process was efficient.

Just wish the results WOWed me at this price point. Looks similar to what I can do with my Target shampooer.

I had Zerorez come out clean my daughter’s carpets while she was out of town. I came back after the carpet dried to check the results. The upstairs rooms were fine, but the stairs were still visibly dirty. I ended up cleaning them myself with paper towels and spray cleaner as she was coming home the next day.

When I contacted the company I was told they could resend a tech and offer 10% for a future service. I explained I had just spent an hour cleaning the stairs myself and that I was fine paying for the three rooms upstairs, the service charge and the tip I gave the tech, but wanted a refund on the stairs since they were filthy.

They declined to stand behind their work and refund the cost of the stair cleaning. Very disappointed. We have used this company three times previously at our own home and never had any issues. This is not how to treat customers.

I was VERY skeptical our 20 year carpet would be able to look clean after 4 children, many pets and spills galore. Our dining room was the true test, I cannot believe this is the same carpet😍Zerorez is absolutely amazing, we are now lifetime customers! Our tech was fantastic as well!
