The company made room for me in their busy schedule. Cleaners were late due to first client running over. The job was well, but due to the lateness of their day leaving was more important than getting throughness. A few windows didnt get cleaned and my kitchen baseboard still needs work. I am thankful for the job that was done.

One stop Household is highly recommended! I utilize their service for all my AIRBNB properties throughout ATL! The company always make sure my place is nice and clean for the next guest. Once I schedule an appointment, I have never had to worry about them not showing up!

One Stop did a good job deep cleaning my rental for move-out. I gave 4 stars, however, because they forgot to clean light fixtures (unfortunately I didn’t notice until the next day). Had I noticed this on the day of cleaning I’m sure they would have accommodated my request as they kindly accommodated a few other requests I made the day they were cleaning the house.

This is the second time One Stop has come to my home for a deep clean and both times have been terrific. They work quickly and effectively, and are kind and professional. No contracts required which is great. When I have a little extra to splurge, they are happy to work me into their schedule.

Used this cleaning service for a few months for my Airbnb. Sherry was very nice, easy to reach, and the technology she uses very efficient in keeping you updated on your service.

Often times the cleanings were just ok, as several times she had to send the crew out to re-clean or I would have my house manager clean items that were missed. Since I run an airbnb, just ok cleanings are not ok, so had to discontinue using the service.

The company agreed to provide cleaning and laundry services for a price. However after 3 visits they canceled last minute and then gave the excuse that one of the works were starting school and couldn't do the Fridays they initially agreed to.
There was no effort to get someone else. It was move to another day or go with another service. I told her let's do Thursdays but then she sends me a new quote double what I've been paying! How is moving to a different day due to their inability to accommodate me increasing the price?
Basically, they stopped working because they either felt the price was too low or didn't want to work or home. Either way, a professional discussion could have been had instead of unprofessionally handling it like this.
The way a business treats their customers says a lot about them.

One Stop responded promptly to my request late Friday for a cleaning Monday. I was impressed. It's my birthday week and my first week off this year. I work in home health as a therapist. I'm in 5 to7 patients home a day. Overwhelmed with the amount of patients due to Covid, I treated myself to a cleaning. I requested a 3 hr cleaning, prioritizing my trouble areas. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Knowing this would not take 3hrs, I was asked what would be the next areas. I stated vacuuming, dusting. The employee arrived @ 948am. Left at 1206 pm. I was not aware she left until I received an automated text that she was finished and had signed out of the visit. I called Sherry and she offered to bill only for 2 hrs and to have the employee return and re-mop the floor that she'd left shoe tracks on. I declined, had other things to do. I definitely had 45 minutes of cleaning that could've been absorbed. The employee stated that she told my husband bye, indicating she was living. My husband says they never spoke, he had no idea she left. I was the obvious choice for her to follow up with; I let her in the home, showed her where to clean and she called for me when my vacuum would not cut on. I am searching for a new cleaning company to resume regular cleanings, now that things are returning to normal. The couple who cleaned my home for the last 2 years had to relocate. After inspecting my home more closely, overall I'm disappointed. No one wants to have to clean after just paying for the house to be cleaned. And after speaking with Sherry, the employee feels as though she did everything properly. I understand it's out word against hers, so will continue searching for another company.

I'm upset that I have to change my review as this was made after the first cleaning and I was sold on their perceived professionalism and guaranteed consistency, but after the 2nd cleaning, it pretty much went downhill.

They have canceled last minute numerous times and there were moments where the woman that manages the cleaning team(Sherry) would suggest that I have a back up cleaning team as their cleaning team is unreliable. I was made aware that the cleaning team were not professional cleaners, they are simply college kids so please keep this in mind.

Most recently, the main cleaning person as mentioned in other posts, Jessica, was supposed to do a deep cleaning but did such a horrible job that I had to go over it myself. I texted the owners the images and they gave 2 options, to receive a partial refund or receive another deep cleaning on them. I accepted the deep cleaning and the scheduled it.

Days later, i received a cancelation notice stating that Jessica was no longer with the company and they offered a new person at a new date. I agreed. I received another cancelation notice and call stating that the person assigned could not do it and they asked if they could reschedule. I was furious as I had to push things around but they guaranteed that this booking would stick and that I had nothing to worry about.

On the day of, an hour before they were scheduled to clean, they cancel because the cleaner that was scheduled had a car issue and all that they could say was to  find someone else to clean as the other cleaners were busy with other places. They only credited my account partially for the horrible cleaning and customer service.

I strongly urge you to use another service for peace of mind or book their services with caution.

I am extremely happy that I chose One Stop Household Services for my deep cleaning. Sherry gave excellent information regarding the services provided. She was willing to answer any, and all, questions I had. LaTara was fantastic! She was pleasant, considerate, and she cleans superbly! It was like she was not even there...but EVERYTHING WAS BEING CLEANED 😊 I will definitely be requesting for Latara to come out again AND I will continue to use One Stop Household Services.

This company is very responsive and helpful when setting up service.
I hired them to do a deep cleaning of my entire house. The team arrived on time and were very professional. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

This team led by Sherry has provided excellent service when they came to my house. My house is big with basement. They paid so much attention to details. Everybody was working constantly making the entire house squicky clean. I highly recommend you call them for all of your cleaning, especially for those of you who are moving, this team will do a thorough cleaning job for you.

I found One Stop performing a Google search 4:00 am looking to secure someone immediately for a last minute cleaning during this Pandemic. Sherry was great...we discussed my cleaning needs and I was able to book services within 24hrs. Grace arrived on time and completed everything discussed. Thank you for the quick response/service and the follow up call after to ensure I was pleased with the final results. Sherry, I look forward to working with you again!

One Stop were super accommodating and professional and I appreciated them working with me! I had some unexpected things pop up and they worked with me to reschedule; they were super patient and I appreciated their great attitudes SO MUCH as I was already so stressed out lol. They did a move out clean out and according to my wife, it looked even better than the day we moved in. I definitely recommend their services!!

We needed a quick turnaround with guests arriving in 2 days. Sherry was able to squeeze us into her schedule and get us the service we needed the next day. Staff person she sent was great. We found a few missed spots, but overall very satisfied and would recommend.

I was in the process of moving into a home and wanted to find a cleaning company that was reasonable and had great reviews. Upon my search I came across this company and gave them a call. Over the phone, Sherry was very professional and friendly, offered me a great deal on their deep clean package!

Her and Taylor arrived on time and were both very friendly. They did a phenomenal job with cleaning my home and preparing it for me to move into. I would definitely recommend One Stop for all cleaning services.

The ladies prompt and were very professional. I had a 4/3 home that I was set to move out of. Every room was to perfection and it was in a timely manner considering the job that needed to be completed. The home looked as beautiful as it did prior to me moving in. I had the most amazing deep cleaning experience from One Stop Household services! The team was amazingly nice, and he did a great job I went above and beyond to get baseboards, blinds, floors, fans clean. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be using them again on a more regular basis. The business is very responsive to my calls and scheduling needs and also followed up after the service to make sure all was OK.
