Scheduled the carpet cleaning with Zerorez the previous day, had an appointment the very next morning! Dillon was the associate from Zerorez, he was very professional. He explained drying times, and all the work to be performed. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend!

Zerorez was quick and did a great job cleaning out the ducts to make the system more efficient. However, one of the guys apparently had a rough day because one of my vents he said couldn’t be cleaned because it was “too dirty”, so I asked him to take the vent off and I’ll clean it myself. He took the vent off so I could clean it myself while they were still there (something I paid them $500 for) and I did. But then he tried to screw it back and Unfortunately he wasn’t paying attention and keep screwing in the wrong direction BENDING the vent. I had to tell him “Hey you’re going the wrong way” and then he realized and fixed his drill. But Too late now damaged is done…and he didn’t try to bend it back either… Also, I asked in the beginning if I should cover my belongings and they said no. However, when they finished there was dust and drywall particles all over my stuff under the vent.

So I ended up with a dented vent, dusty belongings and having to do some of the work myself which sucked…but otherwise, good actual duct cleaning.

I finally decided to give ZeroRez a try. I wish I would have used this company sooner. The appointment communication was great. It was all done through text messaging. The technician was professional and friendly. Prior to him starting the carpeting I showed him the bedrooms and asked will there be any additional fees. He inspected the rooms and hallway and informed me that the price quoted is the price I would be charged. It took him around a hour to clean 3 rooms and a hallway. He thanked me for vacuuming for the appointment. I most definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again in the near future. Thanks ZeroRez!

Loved the service. They came exactly when they said they would be here. Very professional and they did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and staircase. If you want to get a Jumpstart on spring cleaning they do excellent work

This is what came up from a section of the carpet, after having it serviced a couple days ago. They sent a tech out that was trying to up charge us on everything. He literally pulled a black light out and said due to the pet stains he would have to charge us an extra fee. He said that if he did the regular service, the smell would come up and be in our walls. After complaining to management we never got a follow up call initially until we called again. Then they tried to bring the original service tech that was clueless in carpet cleaning. At this point I don’t want these people anywhere near our home. I will be requesting a full refund. Thank you Lakeisha for everything, you were great!

Carson came to clean the carpets today and did an absolute excellent job. He was informative about all products and services. He was very helpful, timely, professional and quick. I am greatly satisfied with Carson and Zerorez today. I would definitely recommend Carson and Zerorez company.

I had carpet cleaning done today and Brandon did an outstanding job. He arrived right on time, was fully prepared, and incredibly professional. He took the time to explain every step of the process, including the condition of my carpet and the treatments he recommended, which I really appreciated. His friendliness, efficiency, and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Everything looks great, and I’ll definitely be using this company again.
