Sherry and her team were amazing! We moved into a new house that wasn’t cleaned to our liking by the previous owner and they came in and made it feel wonderful and fresh! Our greasy used appliances are now sparkling and look brand new! I was telling them it seems like the used magic! Love them and will use again!

Old carpets look remarkably better 👍👍! Truck mounted vacuum did an awesome job of removing years of accumulated dust and dirt. No harmful chemicals used, organic only. Service tech was friendly and answered our questions. It's all good. Will use Zerorez again for sure.

I am very pleased with my experience from start to finish. I was able to schedule a next day appointment easily online. The technician was thorough and did an awesome job on even the toughest, worn areas of my home. He was on time, professional, and completed the job timely.

Do not recommend. Never received the link for payment, so they left without saying anything. The previous time we used them, we vacuumed the next day and the container was full of dirt. You are better off doing it yourself.

Disappointing results.
After zereox didn't show up for the first booking ("had my reservation but never routed me) I gave a second chance with Disappointing results.
Several areas do not look like they were cleaned at all. These pictures are after it dried - 20 hours after their. I expected better as the carpets are 5 years old and were cleaned by zeroex last year.

I was pleasantly happy with the service from the technician. He was very attentive and eager to meet my expectations. His whole demeanor was commendable. He wore this contagious smile that was heartfelt. He was a respectful and professional young man.

The only company I will use for carpet cleaning they do a great job. So excited to have fresh and clean furniture and stairs the day before Thanksgiving. It’s easy to book, customer service is great and paying is convenient and online. Friendly and professional technicians thank you Zerorez

First let me say that our technician was amazing. Very personable, friendly, professional and worked hard. As to Zerorez, this was our first experience using this company. Typically, we have used the guys in the yellow vans. A radio commercial prompted us to give Zerorez a try. Based on the results in our home, I would suggest that they are probably acceptable if you don’t have any visible souls or dirt on your carpet. Our experience is that “water” just doesn’t remove any visible soils. In the areas where the carpet didn’t show any dirt, the carpet looks very good. However, the areas with visible soil still show the dirt. If you’re just doing an annual carpet cleaning to keep your carpets fresh, I think Zerorez might be a good option. If you need an actual carpet cleaning a spot removal, call the guys in the yellow vans.

Also, don’t access the job until next day after carpets have dried. That’s when you’ll get a true persoective of the outcome.

Amazing air duct cleaning work by the team! Quick service and left everything nice and clean! Will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them.

Had the company Zerorez come out today to clean my carpets.I had muddy footprints left behind from a water repair issue and the tech didn’t wear boot covers. Noah Nathaniel was my technician and he did a wonderful job. He explained the process completely before and after. He even gave me tips on stain removal and what to do for future spot treatments . I’m already making plans for future cleaning on other carpeted areas in my house. I would definitely recommend the company as well as Noah. Thanks bunches!

Good service with flexible scheduling. I put 4 stars because our first appointment window was missed by the cleaner but the second one went as expected. The first time we were given a 3 hour window and at the end of the window, no one had called or showed up. I called the main number and was told they would be heading my way soon. It was already after 7pm so I decided to reschedule.
This second appointment went as expected with a call before arrival and an efficient cleaning.

The technician did a good job. He was cordial and helpful. He explained the job and what he was doing. He represented the company well. Here are before/after photos of the carpet.

DONT DO IT! They are very unprofessional and don’t give a crap about you as a customer! I’m am currently disputing my charge bc they refuse to work with me. All I was asking for was the return of the charge that their technician charged me to supposedly get a smell out of my carpet. (quoted 180 but they tacked on an extra two something for the smell that they did not get up )In fact made it worse and caused mine and my sons face to swell due to whatever they used……all I asked for was the upcharge. They have ignored every attempt i have made so I’m currently disputing the entire charge. Save yourself the headache. I will keep warning ppl NOT to use them

Steven arrived promptly and was super nice. He did 3 rooms in less than 1 hour!! Looks good so far will check once dried!!
Now dried some areas don’t look as if they were cleaned.( not the heavy traffic areas)Maybe less than a hour for 3 rooms was not enough.

I recently had our carpet cleaned with Zerorez and was greatly impressed with the cleaning. Steve was very knowledgeable and helped set the expectations before the cleaning. The overall process took about an hour for the whole house (8 rooms, hallway and staircase). Zerorez uses no chemicals which was a great plus. Overall we were pleased with the cleaning. Highly recommend!

So glad I found Zerorez Atlanta. Brandon was punctual, professional, and did a spectacular job! We will definitely use their services again!

My appointment was set from 3pm to 6pm and I was informed that the tech would call beforehand. I was out earlier and glad I made it back about 130p, just as the tech was pulling im behind us.
Although the tech didn't call before arriving as I was informed, it was a job well done. There were some spots in the corner of the room that I wasn't adamant about getting up but it was cleaned up with no problem.

Brandon did a phenomenal good on our carpets. Our kids had stained the carpets and now they look like new. Excellent work and service!! I will use Zerorez again.

I have used ZERO REZ for the last 5 years and today was not a surprise! We had a wonderful experience today with ZERO REZ! My "SUPER TECH" DESHAWN was, personable, friendly and effective! From the start, he had a great smile and personality and came in READY TO WORK , getting the job done within 45 min. He was thorough and when closing the deal, he made sure to give me my "final rights"...lol! He will be our technician for years to come! If you are in need of any cleaning done to your carpets, ZERO REZ IS THE WAY TO GO!
