Daniel and his team are fantastic! We’ve done two major projects with them and both times we were impressed by their attention to detail and the final product! Can’t beat their pricing or quality of work - highly recommend!

I really hate to write a bad review, but I have to protect those who are even thinking of using this company. Do not let their good prices and quick quoting process fool you! They have a systemic problem over the years of being no shows and not even giving you the courtesy of a reply back to your texts and calls. This happened to us TWICE. Shame on us for giving Daniel a 2nd chance.

He had laid pavers for us several years before when he worked for another Company, so we knew he did good work. Then we contacted him later to do more pave stone work. He gave us a quote, we agreed to that price and then when he was supposed to start....crickets. No call, no texts. I texted him several times to get the work done. NOTHING! I even offered to pay him more than the first quote! This behavior is so rude and unprofessional. I even contacted the Company he used to work for as he still did some work for them and the owner said the same thing he cannot get in touch with Daniel.

Then it gets worse! I decided to give him a 2nd chance as he and his father did good work and their prices were very fair. Well BIG mistake. You know what they say, you get what you pay for, well we got NOTHING.

Based upon us accepting an official written quote on Feb 1st, 2024, we told Daniel ahead of time that we will order and have delivered the $4,000 worth of stone for his work so it is ready when he is. It was a special order type stone so no refunds allowed. It gets close to when he said he could start the week of the 26th of February, I text him...no answer. I text him a few days later asking if he was in town as I had not heard from him. Finally he did text back and said he hurt his back and sorry he did not reply to my last text for a few days, but he never answered when he could start the job. Even if there was a delay due to his back injury I just wanted to know if he could start when he said or would there be a delay. Well NOTHING after that text. I texed him several times after that saying please do not leave me hanging. Then I offered him to just do the PAVER job which he is experienced with and not the other job which was going to be a new thing for him just in case he was having second toughts on that job. Nothing....so I had to find someone else to do this job as I cannot have stone sitting in my driveway. I texted Daniel one last time saying this is the last chance, let me know when you can do the paver job. NOTHING.

Go look back at some of the other posts, he has done this several times in the past. Do NOT be lulled into a false sense of security with his quotes. He came out right away for the quotes, he is a nice guy and then it went downhill from there!

Now I have to go through the long process of finding someone else to do the paver job. Luckily I did NOT order that stone as Daniel was going to do that as part of the job.

RUN do not walk away from this business as you may be holding the bag and having a delay of months on your job looking for someone else! If you do use him...and I highly suggest you do not... ask him why he was a no show on several other jobs and never texted the clients. Should be interesting!

Daniel and his dad did an excellent job with our new brick fireplace. They were responsive and easy to work with. We felt the price was competitive and are so pleased with our outdoor space! I’d highly recommend RDL for future masonry work, we are going to have the back to work on an outdoor kitchen at some point too!

Daniel and his crew were very polite and professional. The layout of our new paved patio is perfect. He helped us see more of a vision than we originally planned. We will definitely use him and his crew again for future projects. We highly recommend them for yours.

We worked with Daniel and his team to replace our front walkway with new concrete. He was professional, competitively priced, responsive, and the work looks excellent. We amended the job to also replace an old section of our driveway and Daniel took that on without hesitation. I would recommend working with Daniel and his team.

We contacted Daniel about a project we wanted completed. He came to our house the same day and we received an estimate within a few days. They were able to start within a few weeks and had our project completed in 2 weeks within the time frame we requested. Daniel and his crew were at our house from sun up to sun down and were extremely professional, polite, and punctual. I would highly recommend if you are looking for any masonry project.

Daniel and his team did an excellent job. They were very professional and worked with us throughout the project to ensure that we were satisfied. In fact, we special ordered a tree that wasn’t available for pick up in our area and the tree did not arrive until after our project was complete. Daniel offered to come back and take care of the planting it at a later time. We texted when we received it, he came the next day and planted it exactly where we wanted. Our yard looks amazing and we are very happy with the outcome. They were easy to work with, reliable, and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend! We will definitely use them again for our next project!

We are a property management company for shopping plazas. We had a crack in our dumpster enclosure due to sinking foundation, so we contracted with RDL to rebuild half the enclosure and repaint. He did an absolutely outstanding job and quoted at a very reasonable price compared to the market.

We used RDL Hardscapes for a retaining wall, fence and brick add on to the drive way. They did a great job made it look very nice! We will surely be using them again! Daniel and his team were very punctual and went above and beyond with their work! Happy customer!

Daniel and the entire RDL Hardscape team did a fantastic job on my back yard hardscape area. They fixed an earlier (and poorly) installed stone pathway from another contractor, added a stone sitting/fire pit area in a portion of the back yard that was previously unused, added a full set of crab orchard stone steps down from the Patio to the back yard, extended the stone paver walkway out to my front driveway (connecting it to a turnabout in the driveway), as well as making a nice ‘landing pad’ for trash/recycling.

Great experience. Highly, highly recommend. Outdoor living with these spaces really makes home an oasis. RDL Hardscapes came through when multiple other contractors and hardscape specialists fell through. Daniel met me within days of being contacted, provided me thorough estimates within 24 hours of meeting and discussing the project, and the entire project was completed within 10 days (minus weather/rain delays). They do phenomenal work, within the budget I had for the project. Five Stars all round.

Trusted Daniel and RDL with major outdoor kitchen project. They built the kitchen patio, matched it to the pool tile and built the entire island and installed
all the equipment!. They did everything they said they were gonna do. They met the budget and they met the timeline. Communication was great, and the workmanship was top notch! I recommend them 100%.

I had a very positive experience with Affordable Landscaping Services. I gave them a variety of jobs and they did great with everything, including cleaning up the yard, raking leaves, weeding, removing dead plants, removing a decorative water pond, trimming shrubs, and spreading pea gravel and pine straw. They also planted a couple of azaleas and hydrangeas in addition to preparing the entire yard and seeding it with fescue. A few weeks later, I have a yard full of grass -- a major improvement. The company was very responsive, gave a free on-site estimate and free consultation, presenting several ideas I agreed with (like how to repurpose the rocks that were leftover from the pond they removed). They also made a point to stay within my budget. I will definitely work with this company again.

Should have known this would not end well, our first service started with the team rummaging through our trash. They were 50%, at best, on schedule for our first month's worth of services. We were continually having to call them as to when they plan to show up. We also spent a large sum of money on their installation services (which did such a poor job that we're now having everything redone)... unfortunately all the money spent on the new grass installation has gone to waste due to poor install and improper new sod maintenance services ...they don't cover weed control for grass, nor did they even tell us this was needed (really?). They spot treated the perimeter of the yard with weed spray, they have yet to pull any weeds from any beds, and now we have a brand new yard full of weeds. They did prune when asked, but it's hard to look past all the weeds and wasted money on leaf blowing-mostly service. When they did create debris, they'd charge us extra (beyond the initially quoted monthly fee) to remove the bags. We've happily moved on...

Unprofessional & deceptive. At first we thought we found a great lawn care service; however, we quickly found out that this was not the case.
We first scheduled a lawn clean up, and then subsequent lawn care servicing every month after that to maintain the lawn. The clean up was great*, then they didn't show up after that. I waited a little to see maybe they were busy, but my lawn was getting out of control so I decided to call and see why they missed their scheduled service. Come to find out that we were "outside of their service area." Even though, they've already been to our house for the clean up. They've known of our address before even scheduling the clean up. And, we even negotiated a lawn servicing plan with them. There is no way they could not have known where we were located. Their only excuse was "I guess we didn't check" but how could you have not checked?
*In cleaning up, they threw away my dog's outside water bowl & kong/chuck-it toys -- and those are not cheap.
Also, I believe they have another google review under "Atlanta Landscaping" since it brings you to the same website. I will be leaving the same review there.

Beware!! The company makes you put in a deposit in order to schedule regular lawncare. They promise to reimburse the deposit if/when you decide to cancel service. I cancelled service since we decided to sell the house. I've called twice and both times was told that the initial deposit will be mailed to me in the form of the check. It's been about 3 months now and I have yet to receive it. Either the office is very disorganized or they intentionally don't return deposits in hopes that people just forget. On the plus side, the actual lawn maintenance when I had them was fine (although I was charged twice one month but was able to get that resolved).

I just purchased my house in Chamblee area few month ago.
found this company through my friends currently had great experience with them. My friends has 2 years old and They did beautiful play grand area for kids and fenced for their dog in the back yard.
after i contacted them and made appointment for estimate, They showed up on time and made me an estimate in couple of days.
They were patiently answered my questions and request until i formed up my mind.
Everything went well from day first to the end.
Now, I'm very happy with my new house and view of beautiful yards:)

Misleading pricing for consultation and lack of follow through and response on quotes. Will not work with him again.

Great work and always a pleasure to deal with. I have used them multiple times over the past few years for garden design, hardscape and other landscape needs. Will use again and recommend to friends.
